"Our second time around on this hotel. Good location. Value of money for superior king bed with mini kitchen that you can cook is good. But this second visit a bit disappointed there is a lot of small flies on our second day. We stay 7 nights, we ask the staff to make up the room, still the flies linger inside the room specifically in bathroom. But all in all we’re having good time because we are able to cook our own food. We definitely come back again."

"Sana may lutuan plates spoon baso sa room, dinig ang naglalakad sa taas na unit. Kapag maingay ang occupants sa ibang unit maxadong dinig. Kung brownout pkiinform sana mga guest then pede magbigay ng alternate lighting. Nakita nmn kung ilan ang guests pero hindi dnagdagan ung towels and blankets kelangan pang magrequest including pamunas ng sahig wala nadatnan. This is not to discredit but for ur improvement po. "it's under renovation on the first floor but doesn't bother us at all. Very welcoming staff unlike our last year stay. Very accommodating and tho they didn't gave us late check in privilege. But all in all good 👌💯"

"โรงแรมดี ประสบการณ์ไม่ค่อยดี เมื่อเรามาถึงห้องพักดีมากและสะอาดและเป็นไปตามที่คาดไว้ ครอบครัวสี่คนของเราสามารถค้างคืนได้ วิวระเบียงก็ดีเช่นกัน มีปัญหาบางอย่าง อย่างแรกคือ wifi ไม่มีการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างการเข้าพักทั้งหมด ห้องอาบน้ําไม่มีประตูดังนั้นห้องน้ําจึงเปียกทุกครั้งที่มีคนอาบน้ํา อาหารเช้าคือ meh สถานการณ์ที่จอดรถเป็นเรื่องยุ่งยาก มีช่องจํากัดและคุณต้องซ้อนรถ ถ้าเป็นคนแรกที่จอดรถแขกคนอื่นจะต้องกั้นคุณ ถ้าต้องออกต้องโทรหาเจ้าของก่อนเพื่อจะย้ายรถได้ ไม่ดีถ้าอยากพักผ่อนพักผ่อน ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมแม้ว่า ขับรถไม่กี่นาทีไปยังใจกลางเมือง"

"The place was clean and the staff were very welcoming and nice. However, there’s no bidet in the bathroom. We aksed for 2 mugs and we were advised that it will be delivered in a few minutes but it was not. We needed to go down to ask again.  The ceiling fan was working but it’s not helpful. The TV is turning ON itself from time to time.  Good thing is that they have free drinking water (hot and cold). Could have been more accomodating of there’s at least free coffee.  Overall rating is still 8/10.  Thank you!"

"Our stay was fantastic! The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food at the lobby restaurant was absolutely delicious, with high-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is wonderfully quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect escape. "9/10 Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus there’s a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building. Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly."

"พนักงานน่ารักและเป็นกันเองทุกคนเพราะอนุญาตให้เราทิ้งของไว้ที่บริเวณแผนกต้อนรับเพราะเรามาถึงก่อนเวลาเนื่องจากเวลาเช็คอินคือ 14.00 น. พวกเขายังอนุญาตให้เราทิ้งกระเป๋าไว้แม้ว่าเราจะเช็คอินเวลา 12.00 น. เพราะเรายังคงเดินเตร่ไปรอบๆ บาเกียวและออกเดินทางตอนกลางคืน รูมเซอร์วิสก็ค่อนข้างดีเพราะเราสามารถรับความช่วยเหลือในการตั้งค่าฝักบัวน้ําอุ่นได้ ห้องพักสะอาดและคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่คุณจ่ายเพราะเราไม่ได้พักที่โรงแรมมากนักเพราะเราอยู่ข้างนอกส่วนใหญ่ในขณะที่สถานที่อยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากสวนเบิร์นแฮม แต่อยู่ใกล้กับ La trinidad benguet และอยู่ห่างจาก โบสถ์ระฆังยังเป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสําหรับการเยี่ยมชม ปัญหาเดียวของเราคือน้ําบริการเพราะดูเหมือนว่าจะมีรสชาติหลังอาหารและอาหารเช้าไม่สามารถทําเสร็จได้เพราะมีรสที่ค้างอยู่ในคอ โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักนั้นดี"

"2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS."

"Nice place to stay, especially if you value convenience. The location is very accessible—being near the bus terminal makes traveling around so much easier. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices whether you’re craving something quick or a proper meal. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay, perfect for both short and long visits."
