The location is quite far from town, but the beachfront setting creates a very calm and relaxing environment—perfect to unwind before a hectic work schedule. The breakfast selection was reasonable, parking was ample, and the lobby is spacious as the resort itself is quite large. Amenities were a bit limited, and basic items like a toothbrush were not provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider coming back again in the future. 🌊✨"

Told by the stuff that they haven't received from their laundry department on the morning. Was wondering this was not coordinate well for such a high standard resort? Management have to look into it to avoid any disappointment from other visitors."

The resort is peaceful and has a nice natural setting, and the staff provide luggage transfer between the jetty and the resort, which was very convenient. The air-conditioning in the room was not very cold, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. There were also many ants around the room, which affected the overall experience. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and with better air-conditioning and improved pest control, it could be even more enjoyable."

"On September 22, we checked in at Juara Ocean Chalet around 2 p.m. and spent a relaxing afternoon by the beach, enjoying the peaceful island atmosphere. In the evening, we had a delicious seafood dinner at a local restaurant, featuring fresh fish and prawns. The next morning, my child and I joined an exciting boat trip covering five snorkeling spots, where we saw colorful coral reefs and tropical fish. After returning to shore, we enjoyed a simple yet flavorful Malay lunch and relaxed by the sea for the rest of the day."

Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway.
