"This hotel was definitely amongst some of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. There were many positives to name so I'll start off with the building itself: quietly situated near a residential area with food and shopping nearby. The hotel has its own underground garage, though spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis, but still, to have an on-site guest parking is definitely a huge thumbs up. The room was immaculately clean, well decored, with a generous sized living and washroom, and also a lovely balcony which was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was very good too, had a lot of selections, very enjoyable food and a live kitchen for all your omlette needs. I'd go as far as saying the breakfast is definitely worth paying for, and is far better than some higher branded chains that I'd been to. The only drawback, and I'm only really nitpicking here, was the wash the basin. Because of the way the basin was designed, it's almost level flat, so when brushing teeth, the waste just sits there which can be frustrating. The other issue I found was, the shower cubicle isn't really watertight, so you're left with a puddle of water for everytime a shower is taken. But like I said, these are just all nitpicks and doesn't in anyway deter from the fact that the hotel is deserved of a 5* review. So the question remains for me to ask is, would I stay here again? Of course I would. Would I recommened friends and family? In a heartbeat! Well done Best Western Premier, Malta 👏🏽. Keep up the good work."

"Great hotel,   Affordable,  comfy beds,  balconies,  pool in the summer months,  baths in the room with unlimited hot water,   Can not really find any fault in the hotel for the price I paid (21€ per night in December)  Would recommend 100%"

"Had a lovely holiday here with my son and my Dad Friendly reception staff. Great room on top floor with tasteful decor with good views and terrace (I booked a 2 room, room option). The outdoor swimming pool was busy but a bit cool for me in May, but the indoor pool was really warm and not busy. On half board, great selection of foods most days (I'm Veggie, so more limited, but still good). Staff very accommodating to me asking for plain pasta for my son instead of kids options. Only thing i would say, is there is an Adults only area, which isnt that clear and one of the staff very grumpily moved us out of it even though we had sat there a couple of times previously, saying there is a sign, but its facing the food, not the entrance so not obvious at all. There is a kids club open for AM and PM session which I didn't work out until towards end of holiday, it is mentioned, but not well advertised, but my 6 years old son had a lovely time with the staff there when he tried it and kept wanting to go back in our last 3 days which he's often reluctant to do in other places. Had 2 small issues which were promptly resolved, 1st, my son managing to lock the safe, security came within couple of minutes of call, then 1 evening, power in room stopped working, again, someone turned up to fix it quickly. All in all, recommended as long as your happy by a beach that's for most part rock rather than sand (small sand beach attached to hotel I think but I didn't go to that bit). Also, bus station is more or less behind back corner of hotel and Google maps great for telling you which bus to get on for days out."

"Clean and comfortable. Room was spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Receptionist even gave me a travel card for the day to use on transport and recommendations for my interests. She also booked a day trip for me to Gozo. Lots in the area and very easy to get around Malta with public transport as minutes from bus stations. The only negative is there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel which obstructed the sea view"

"Pebbles Resort has a lot of positives but also some areas for improvement. Location: The location is excellent. It’s situated near a bus stop where you can catch buses to almost every route in Malta. Buses are frequent and cost only €2 for a two-hour ride. The square is a short six-minute walk, offering plenty of food options. Beaches are just a quick bus ride away, and ferries are also easily accessible. Hotel Facilities: The hotel has two pools: an outdoor one and a warm indoor pool. The indoor pool is very comfortable, but the hot tub was disappointing—colder than the pool and with jets that only work for 30 seconds at a time, requiring constant button-pressing. The towels provided for pool use are old and could use an upgrade. The gym is small and often busy, so timing is key if you want to work out. Food: The food was surprisingly fresh and delicious. Unlike many hotel buffets, the staff at Pebbles Resort rotates trays frequently, ensuring the food is both fresh and appealing. However, the buffet and à la carte menus are separate, which was disappointing. I couldn’t try items like cheesecake or creamed chicken from the buffet during à la carte dining. Rooms: The room itself was nice, with some standout features like the television built into the mirror. The balcony was a good size, but my stay was marred by a neighbor plucking cigarette ashes over their balcony instead of using the ashtray provided. Additionally, the refrigerator never got cold, which was inconvenient as there are no ice buckets in the rooms, forcing me to go to the bar for ice. Service: Service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. Despite being the only ones waiting, the staff couldn’t expedite the process, leaving my daughter to fall asleep on the lobby couch—a completely embarrassing experience. The hotel also lacks luggage carts and staff to assist with heavy luggage, which is especially frustrating when traveling with kids and a lot of bags. Conclusion: While Pebbles Resort offers a fantastic location, good food, and decent facilities, it falls short in service and attention to detail. Small improvements, like better towels, functional hot tubs, luggage assistance, and quicker room readiness, could elevate the experience significantly. Rating: 3.5/5"

"Gym 1/5 - access to the Caniflor Hotel gym, sister hotel is given, but the equipment is all old, broken or insufficient. Better to just go to the outdoor park. Sauna 3/5 - again at Caniflor hotel, but need to ask to use in advance. I didn’t end up using - but it looked OK. Sleep - 2/5 - mattress springs were a bit worn, could hear the water pipes most of the night. Breakfast - 3/5 passable breakfast, at the price point of the hotel, it’s good value. Bread, some salad, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, some fruit, eggs, beans, bacon and sausages. Coffee and juices to drink. Beach - Just the rocky beaches of St Paul’s nearby. Staff very friendly"

"Es un poco lioso hacer el chek previo online. Solo atienden en persona hasta las 14:00 pm. El ultimo día estaban de obras y empezaron a dar martillazos alas 7 am."

"Evaluation très mitigée. L'hôtel est bien et très bien placé, cependant: - le personnel n'est pas souvent au rendez-vous. On signale à Maria à l'accueil que notre mini-bar ne refroidit pas. Réponse, un mini-bar ne refroidit pas. On avait bien sûr deux chambres et dans l'autre, il était complètement froid voire même trop. En bougeant la prise électrique, ça fonctionnait. On l'a signalé mais personne n'est jamais venu. - les cartes de la chambre qui n'ont pas fonctionné trois fois. A chaque fois qu'on passe, on nous dit que ça arrive et à la troisième fois, on nous dit que c'est parce que la taxe de séjour n'est pas payé. Ironie du sort, on est passé deux fois à l'accueil pour le faire mais on nous a dit plus tard. - un bruit incroyable dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel reçoit des groupes de jeunes adolescents et ils sont infernales, on ne pouvait pas vraiment dormir avant 1 à 2 heures du matin. - si vous voulez joindre la réception, priez pour que votre chambre soit avec les nouvelles installations. Ma fille a bénéficié d'une nouvelle chambre et nous a priori d'une moins nouvelle. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et malgré un signalement à la réception, rien n'a été fait. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, confortable, la piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi très bien et le service des restaurants sont excellents. On a hésité avec le Seaview et on regrette finalement. Malgré les bons points de l'hôtel, on n'y reviendra plus, c'est certain."
