Pros: It was clean and very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There are a big supermarket called Leclerc, lots of shops and restaurants, and even a movie theater 10 minutes away from the hotel. Cons: Although it was clean in general, the floor of a bathroom could have been clean more. (I could see hairs as soon as I arrived)

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.

The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!

Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them.
