ผผู้เข้าพักAbsolutely beautiful boutique hotel with faultless service from amazing staff. It’s recently opened so everything is sparkling and fresh. The pool isnt big but it’s big enough for a dip. The pool area is elegant and comfortable with lovely beds, big umbrellas and beautiful plants all around. Music plays but it’s not too loud. The bar food and drinks menu is really lovely. Each hotel room is different so it’s hard to know exactly you’ll get. Some of the terraces don’t face anything nice but you won’t know that until you arrive. The bed is super comfy as are the pillows . The only negative comment is that none of the rooms have safes even though it says there are. The fridge in the room is a great size so you can put your own food/drink in it. Bottled water is free and you can help yourself at anytime. The gym is lovely but we didn’t use it. Overall it’s a wonderful experience but it’s really the staff who are fantastic. Last thing to say is that the breakfast is wonderfully fresh and there’s a lovely choice on offer.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe location was very good. A 15 minute walk to the pueblo and beach. The walk back is slightly uphill, so it would be difficult for persons who do not walk on a regular basis. Unit 313 had a lovely view of the hills, town, and in the distance the ocean. The balcony is narrow, with only two chairs. It is not conducive to relax and enjoy the views unless you are standing, because when sitting the railing is too tall and blocks the view. The modern furnishings are in excellent condition. The two bedrooms, each with queen beds, are small but have good storage areas for clothes and belongings. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The living room sofa can convert into two twin beds or double. It was very convenient to have two markets on each side of the complex. There is a washer but no dryer. The clothes took two days to dry because of humidity or rain. Supplies were either not provided or very limited: 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no hair conditioner, no clothes detergent, one bath towel and one hand towel per person for a seven night stay (we were expected to wash our towels and often they were not dry the next day). The cabinets were empty! no spices, salt, pepper, or tea, No napkins, just 1/2 roll of paper towels, only one liner for kitchen and bath trash containers, small packet for one handwash of pots and pans, and only 2 tablets for the dishwasher. They did provide dishes and utensils for five, a nice capsule coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle. We requested a can opener, grater, and pitcher. The did bring us a can opener. When I approached the manager with requests for more of the above, she stated that the accommodations were not a hotel but more like an Airbnb, and we were expected to buy everything we needed. Of the more than 20 Airbnb's we have stayed in, we have never experienced such limited basic/cleaning supplies. I would think that for the upkeep of the apartment it would be in the best interest of the owner and housekeeping staff to provide enough liners so that they wouldn't have to wash the trash containers, or cleaning solution for the sinks and shower so we could tidy up during the 7 days before they returned. As a registered guest at an AirBnb, I understand going in what I am essentially responsible for purchasing, but to not find any cleaning supplies, and only half a roll of toilet paper/paper towels, etc. I was very disappointed to say the least. The housekeeping staff were very thorough and left the apartment spotless on the two cleaning days we were provided for our three week stay.

URH Sitges remains our hotel of choice on our annual visit to Sitges.
This year we visited in the offseason instead of in the summer and definitely had a different experience in the town. It was quiter and much easier for restaurant/tapas bar bookings and browsing the wonderful shops.
Our frontal sea view was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and we had tea/coffee facilities. We did notice since our last visits 8 months ago, that their are some maintenance issues here and there. Some broken tiles which have been patched up , broken beading on the glass door leading to the balcony, dirty umbrellas in the restaurant Amanit, fewer items for the breakfast buffet than we have had on our 3 previous visits.
The small plastic table in our balcony had a large crack in the middle when we arrived which we reported to reception 3 times but nothing was done about it. We took the table down to reception in the end to get it replaced on our 3rd day. As we had paid extra for a balcony sea view room it is reasonable to expect balcony furniture which is usable.
We must however commend the staff, Cristina, Ivan,Domingo for looking after us well..we hope the maintenance issues are resolved as we loved this homely hotel

JJohann BadenhorstJust an amazing oasis of comfort and relaxation in Sitges! The Sabàtic Sitges Hotel is truly a phenomenal hotel, with beautiful interiors and all the comforts you could wish for. On arrival the team at Reception was just so warm and welcoming, which echoed throughout the hotel with every staff we engaged with. Our breakfast experience every day was top class, and the most amazing host Susanah that made sure we never wanted for anything. An incredible hotel with amazing staff... The location is slightly away from the main town area which was perfect for our choice, given our need for some downtime at the hotel... Definitely can't wait to be back.

IIana K..

JJamesthekatClose to the old town. 10mins walk from the train station (for airport and Barcelona trains). This stylish hotel has all the amenities you need - including a lovely spa (€15 day pass). Very helpful staff. Looking forward to coming back!
