"Mi Esposa y yo la pasamos muy bien , un Hotel muy acogedor , la ubicación y el servicio son buenos las camas muy comodas , el detalle que dice que hay parqueadero pero en realidad no especifican que tienes que pagar 19 euros por el parqueadero el dia , pero en general todo muy bueno sin duda volveriamos"

"A stay at the holiday inn is always comfortable. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable and the added extras like shower gel, hand wash, tea/coffee making facilities are a great touch and helpful for travellers. I would probably only recommend that holiday inn have a mini bar / fridge in the rooms. The location was great for a day out in Gibraltar and the place had great free parking and was value for money. The breakfast was an ok, standard continental breakfast"

"The experience was great - it is a good hotel with great facilities and a lovely atmosphere with stunning views, comfortable beds, no fuss early check in and generally excellent. I would say though on my first trip I booked a suite and upon return I went with a regular sized room. It seems awfully fussy to bring this up but it did not seem quite worth it : there was no plug in the bath and even though I asked for one to be sent none was delivered. There were pencil shavings in the room bathroom sink, very few sachets of tea or coffee a couple packets of broken biscuits and lack of milk. I don't mean to be overly negative - these are resolvable issues - and I would visit again!"

"酒店房間非常的大，挑高超級高，有開放式廚房有烤箱冰箱和洗衣機。位置就在老城中心的廣場邊上，廣場地下有一個很大的停車場不過非常熱門需要運氣好才有車位能夠停進去。走路去中央市場和海邊都很方便。樓下的街道很熱鬧但是晚上隔音很好，不過回酒店的時候還是要注意安全因為酒店前台八點以後就下班了。如果晚上八點以後到的話需要記得提前按照酒店郵件指示辦理入住。"

"Tuvimos serios problemas de descanso los primeros días. Había un gran número de familias con niños, jugando por los pasillos con balones, chillando, haciendo ruido a todas horas… las dos primeras noches no pudimos descansar correctamente hasta el punto de querer irnos a pesar de tener pagadas cuatro noches. Al indicarnos que esas personas se marchaban ese mismo día nos quedamos y todo cambió. Entendemos que son los padres quienes deben controlar que están en un lugar compartido y son ellos quienes tengan que controlar a sus hijos pero entiendo que el hotel tiene unas normas que debe hacer cumplir a todos los huéspedes e imponerlas. Por otro lado las instalaciones de la habitación estaban muy obsoletas, el baño era interior y pequeño (en ninguna publicación de las imágenes del hotel he visto ese tipo de baños, todos con ventana y grandes) y la bañera vieja y deteriorada. Encontramos uno de los cabeceros de la cama suelto de la pared medio caído. El tema del parking en esa zona y en los días que hemos estado muy complicado. Está muy mal insonorizado y se escucha todo. El desayuno muy correcto aunque siempre había que reclamar algo. Se acababan las cosas y costaba reponer. Atienden más el desayuno de cafetería que es abierta a todo el público que el buffet propio de los huéspedes . Lo mejor el personal que es muy amable. Necesita un gran lavado de cara."

"El lugar es muy bonito, muy bien ubicado en el centro del puerto. El hotel nesecita una renovación tanto en las habitaciones como en algunas zonas comunes Al ser un monasterio seguramente tampoco puedan hacer mucho por el tema de patrimonio. Pero la verdad es que lo nesecita . Es un lugar muy bonito pero algo antiguo. Las personas que trabajan allí son encantadoras"
