I recently stayed in Room 312 at your hotel, and I regret to inform you that my experience was far below expectations. I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding the issues I encountered during my stay The toilet was not functioning properly, with continuous water flow. This created a significant inconvenience throughout my stay. There was no minibar or refrigerator in the room, which was quite unexpected for a hotel of your standard. I called in-room dining to place an order, but was asked to call back later. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, and my order was not taken. I reported these concerns to the receptionist, who informed me that the manager would get in touch with me. However, I did not receive any further communication from the management team. Later in the night, there was a power cut in my room. There was no immediate power backup, forcing me to come down to the lobby to report the issue. I had a very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory stay. The service and overall experience did not meet the standards I expected, and I would not recommend the hotel based on this experience.

Great experience, I had dinner in the restaurant and I was served by Shubham. He was very kind and gave great suggestions to taste the best Indian dishes of the place. If you come here please ask of him! The place is very comfortable and clean. Room are good

The place is so beautiful and aesthetic. Loved the interiors, loved the rooms. We had a beautiful divan near the window where we could sit and enjoy the cool air. The staff is amazing and they ensured that we had a comfortable stay. All of them were very kind and cooperative. We're definitely staying here the next time we come to indore and recommending it to our friends as well.

I stayed there for a night while I was on a solo trip. It was a wonderful experience. Very calm ambience and polite staff. All this at such a genuine price was a great offer. Would love to recommend this hotel to other people. Would also love to stay here again when I’m back in Indore.

Fantastic stay ,wonderful food . We had booked 2 rooms for two nights. It was really good. We have booked for premium rooms which was spacious with enough amenities provided ,very clean. Excellent service. All the chef had done wonderful job. Foods were mouth watering. Ms Amisha welcomed us in restaurant with a warm smile

Everything went well and smooth. A bit of refurbishment required, but the services were up to the mark. Stay was comfortable, very much satisfied overall. Special mention to Saalim and Aanchal for handling our stay and functions really well.
