The hotel is located in a central area of Iasi, opposite the Iulius Mall, Zimbru Hotel, with new construction, finalized in December 2012. The cost was 240 ron, including breakfast for a single room. The breakfast can be served between 07.00 ... 10.00 am, but it's not so good. There are few varieties - the coffee machine was not working, there was only 1 type of juice (from Lidl) and omlette. The room was nice, clean, except the bathroom which was not so clean. Inside of the hotel is also a nice restaurant where you can serve a drink or something to eat.
