Hotel is amazing, excellent staff, good behaviour, buffet was superb... Only issue was fridge wasn't working as there was no cooling but was taken care of later. Also room door was not working properly

I truly enjoyed my stay at Taj Deccan. One of the things I appreciated most was the breakfast. If you’re a foreigner or simply prefer familiar food, you don’t have to worry, you can easily request an American breakfast, which made the experience very comfortable. Staff are very accomodating and friendly, they’re making sure all is well with you. The staff were also incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm service really made a difference. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying at Taj Deccan again when I’m back in Hyderabad! ❤️

Everything was really good about the hotel and our stay. All the staffs were really cooperative and helpful. Swimming pool caretaker was also really friendly and guide us regarding the places to see. As a whole the stay and breakfast buffet was very top notch.

Stay was very pleasant, we were there to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was very attentive and. Helpful, especially Swayam he ensured we had a great stay. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The staff and front desk did not pay much attention. The breakfast buffet spread was limited and not great. No one checked on us to see if the breakfast was fine or if we needed anything. Overall, this Taj property did not meet expectations compared to other Taj properties. There was no warm welcome, and no welcome drink or water was served.

Great hotel. Nice room. Excellent food. Plus service with a smile.
