การบริการของพนักงานสุภาพและดูแลดีมาก ตั้งแต่ประตู/Front/โดยเฉพาะห้องอาหาร อาหารอินเดียรสชาติดีมากในตัวเลือกอาหารเช้า หลัง check out มีบริการฝากกระเป๋า และยังไปใช้สระว่ายน้ำที่ Marriott ฝั่งตรงข้าม

การบริการของโรงแรมดี เราขอจัดบริการไปส่งที่สนามบินในตอนแรกเราไม่มีรถ แต่ต่อมาเราเจอแล้ว เลยไม่ต้องจ่ายเงินสดให้คนขับแท็กซี่ข้างนอก! คุณยังสามารถข้ามสะพานลอยไปยัง Marriott เพื่อรับประทานอาหารค่ำแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์พร้อมเนื้อวัวได้!

Wow!!! What a fantastic service welcome hospitality and warm welcome. Stayed 3 days. 9th till 12th February 2026.  Room no 6106. Extremely modern with sleek decor. Fantastic breakfast. Wide variety of options. Staff excellent. The young Lady with sari on in reception is not only professional but extremely warm too. Think she is lobby Manager. Unfortunately can’t remember name. This is my 3rd trip to Hyderabad in last 9 months. And this is the best room. My previous 2 stays are at Taj Krishna and Taj Deccan.  This room is far more modern and elegant than then two Hotels. My room is just as good as Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa in Rhodes island Greece 🇬🇷. That is the best all inclusive resort in entire Europe in which I stayed 7 times. The room is that good and modern with sleek design.

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

Not available for getting food and cab invoices at checking out, due to systematic issues, and leave my email for sending ASAP After one day no feedback and made two calls by my Indian friend to front desk, and got the answers of “will send to you ASAP” and “will send you now”, but still nothing in my email…….. Writing email to hotel service email…..no response Then made a call again via free calls from trip.com link of Countryard Hyderabad….. finally, got the invoices in 1min……. I’m wondering what happen for this 4-star hotel having this kind of service……..

Very large property, with great restaurants. The rooms are very clean and well designed. I had a very comfortable stay.

Very recommended, staff and services are very friendly and helpful.

All good except there was no pick up arrange upon arrival after being communicating several times with reservation. Rugved from Front Office was handle it well. The F&B staff awesome

very good!The breakfast was very delicious. It is recommended to go for a walk by the lake in the evening.

Good hotel for family stay. Arranged breakfast at early morning 5 AM as I have flight at 8AM
