"We had a problem with the refrigerator not cooling, but they dealt with it many times. We were worried about the cleanliness of the hotel with the pool and beach, but it was very clean and relaxing. It is far from the ferry port, but it was difficult to go up the stairs with a suitcase, and it was difficult to get a taxi when we used one. We recommend that you move around with plenty of time. The beach next to it was very clean with high transparency, but please be careful as there are a lot of sea urchins."

"We loved this little boutique family run hotel. The twins Ivan and Maury were very helpful and friendly. We loved that the free breakfast included lavazza coifee from a real coffee machine! And custom omelets and even crepes! The room was spotlessly clean and fresh and comfortable. We opted for a superior room Not sure what we up graded to lol! I loved that they had plenty of items in the vanity area in case you needed them and a lovely tea and coffee selection if you wanted something hot after hours The location was great for coming by boat or ferry. Very close to the riva and plaza St Stephen’s."

"Excellent friendly staff and customer service. Very delicious breakfast. The staff is very accommodating. If you are late to breakfast you can order to your room, and it will be delivered.  Beautiful lobby, all day lemon and orange water self serve. They give towels for the beach and water up on request. "Our stay at Violeta’s was absolutely amazing. The accomodation was just perfect, located close to the city centre, cocktail bars and beaches. The host (Violeta herself) is very welcoming and responsive, being attentive to any possible needs you might have. The room was very clean and tide, with an amazing conditioning system. Also, you can enjoy a great pizza while sitting on your balcony, because there is a pizza delivery service just at the ground floor of the same building! Highly recommended :)"
