十分滿意的一次入住。管家小汪提前聯繫並詢問特殊需求，態度負責認真，一對一服務很貼心。入住過程中有疑問都會第一時間解答並幫忙解決🥰還貼心的詢問了贈送的旅拍，提前安排，行程更加順利。新鋭旅拍體驗也很棒，小姐姐化粧很快，很好看，很自然；拍照小哥拍的也很順利，會幫忙指點；後期修圖很自然，很快速；全程沒有逼迫消費，很好的體驗。酒店環境很好，有健身房、游泳池、小童樂園，走廊有休息凳。幫忙升級了房間，房間裏可以直接看到月亮灣，很美。白天在陽台坐着很愜意。帶寶寶幫忙安裝了床圍欄。衞生間三分離，有智能馬桶，洗手枱是兩個，水杯都在消毒櫃。體驗真的很棒！長者住的也開心！！！

ห้องพักมี 2 ชั้น มีห้องน้ำแต่ละชั้น ฝักบัวที่ชั้น 1 และอ่างอาบน้ำที่ชั้น 1 เนื่องจากเป็นห้องสำหรับผู้ปกครองเด็ก จึงมีแปรงสีฟันและยาสีฟันสำหรับเด็ก รองเท้าแตะขนาดเล็ก และ ซ็อกเก็ตได้รับการติดตั้งอย่างระมัดระวังด้วยปลั๊กป้องกันการกระแทก มุมต่างๆ ยังถูกปิดด้วยแถบป้องกันการชนกัน แต่น่าเสียดายที่ลูกน้อยของเรามีขนาดเล็กเกินไปและเราไม่ต้องการมัน

第二次到這裏度假。
別墅寬敞，環境好，地下有影音室（但電視很小，而且舊了，最好今後能換一下）和message設施；花園非常大，有足夠4-5個人一起泡的私湯温泉，每天下午2點到晚上10點一直加熱；提供了露營設備；房間很乾凈，而且需要泡温泉時很及時地上門打掃了泡池的落葉。
別墅酒店園區的環境十分不錯，與喜來登酒店相通，可以使用喜來登的泳池和健身房，早餐也在喜來登吃。
入住期間服務響應很及時，酒店管家小倪服務很棒，前台小傑熱情負責。
很滿意，值得下次再來。

首先得説下價格，不聊價格衹挑服務和品質都是耍**。這個位置這個季節500出頭，我覺得性價比還是挺高的。
服務：入住前一天，會有管家加v，然後發送酒店定位和推薦附近的吃喝玩的地方。不過入住當天車停到酒店，沒有人引導，讓我一度茫然。建議指示牌做的再大再醒目一些。雖然停車位置和大堂大門很近。
入住過程管家和前台的服務都很好，有問必答，響應速度也都很快。
衞生：房間很乾凈，公區走廊都可以的。
環境：酒店周圍都是山山水水的，酒店區域雖然不大，但是環境還算清幽，坐在露台上泡一杯茶抽根煙或者和寶寶玩一會都很愜意。
設施：房間空間挺寬敞不壓抑，衞浴設施也很好，不過沒有浴缸，但是也不重要。就是熱水會有一點慢。然後親子型酒店建議房間內尖鋭桌角都做一下防護，成本並不會很高，但是給客人體驗會更好。
比較滿意床墊，支撐性很好，但是也不硬。實在是受不了一些酒店為了舒適性把床搞得很軟，睡一晚上腰痠背痛，對於主打親子的酒店來説，太軟對寶寶的脊椎也不好。但是建議房間枕頭可以高低搭配。四個枕頭都太矮了，對於喜歡中高枕的人來説有點難受。
酒店有露天大泳池，夏天會很不錯，不過沒有室內泳池。
寶寶很喜歡室內的遊樂場，每天都要去玩一個多小時。很大，很寬敞，東西也很全面，太適合釋放寶寶精力了。
酒店還有一些小動物，羊鹿兔子豬，還有個沙坑可以挖挖沙。
餐飲：餐廳的早餐不錯，雖然品類沒有那麼一些五星級酒店多，但是味道都不錯，我覺得足夠了。
酒店餐廳味道也可以，雖然環境一般，但是老闆人很好。
酒店四周玩的地方很多，農場、草莓採摘園，咖啡廳，是親子自駕短途遊很好的落腳選擇。
當然，誇了這麼多，要説一下最大的槽點，就是隔音。
酒店隔音太差了，頭一天晚上聽到外邊的雞叫和鬼火少年還是什麼設備的機器轟隆聲，因為衹是偶爾一下，還可以接受。
第二天晚上入住人數增多，直接“炸”了，隔壁房間説笑聲聲聲入耳，洗澡的聲音和空調面板調節的滴滴聲也不時傳來，不知道是因為沒關門還是因為聲音實在太大了，我就覺得挺誇張的。和管家説了以後管家迅速處理了，但是收效甚微。那個時候寶寶正在哄睡，直接清醒了。費媽時間又增加了2小時。

本人出差，家人帶孩子一起過來選擇了這家酒店。酒店在度假村裡，環境非常好。獨棟安靜，空間大。酒店內衞生乾淨，住的舒服。值得一提的亮點是：酒店服務響應非常迅速，接車、送水、晚安甜湯等安排得緊緊有條，而且有專人跟蹤住户，及時反應非常棒了！另外就是酒店自帶的中餐廳跟西餐廳做的菜味道也超乎意料。整體非常不錯！服務上大分，酒店從服務人員到小動物都非常的有禮貌！總之，推薦！

This hotel is not at all foreigner-friendly. Since I am vegetarian, I asked the restaurant to serve me something of my choice (which was included in my booking), but they refrained to do so, and even when I asked them to just give me salad, they charged me extra for that. I also asked if they could make me french fries, which is simple, but they didn't care and didn't provide me. The staff also guaranteed me to provide during breakfast, but the chef denied it. The food was not at all good. I booked it at the hotel so i don't have to go out in search of meal in different city but Not happy after paying so much.

Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in.
Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food.
The view is amazing
Room was spacious and clean
Swimming pool facilities were alright
The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour.
The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

一進套房門就看到庭院裏的露天私湯泡池，很大，可以同時一家人一起泡，到晩上會有管家幫忙把泡池水給放滿，吃好晚飯泡上一泡所有疲勞都不見了，感覺很放鬆很舒服，這也是我選擇這家酒店的理由。
這家酒店不止私湯泡池好，它的風景和美食也是很棒的，泳池邊的下午茶和豐盛的篝火晚餐，真的是太有氛圍感了，最喜歡它的那道剁椒魚頭，麻辣新鮮有味道，超級開胃下飯😍
它的房間是樓下客廳樓上卧室的複式房型，很大很寬敞，二樓還有一個露台可以在上面曬太陽喝茶聊天，房間衞生也做得很好很乾凈。
這家酒店真的是非常值得推薦，絕對物超所值👍，下次有機會還會去住。

來的時候剛好是下雨天，慢悠悠地行駛在大山裡，沿途是綠水青山，逐漸遠離了城市喧囂，感覺整個世界都安靜了下來，全身心得到了放鬆。
酒店設計感十足且避世隱匿，繞過一座大山，再經過幾個村莊後最終到達酒店。門口會有門衞指導我們停車，再乘坐擺渡車到達酒店大堂。酒店依山而建，三面環山，大堂正前方是一望無際的油菜花田，將山間點綴地生機盎然。
我們入住的是庭院大床房，整個房間寬敞明亮，並且自帶一個小庭院，在這裏看書聽雨都很愜意，拍照也是相當出片。睡醒睜開眼就能看到滿庭春色，身心非常愉悦。值得一提的是，手機上和管家説明瞭來慶祝生日，酒店很温馨為我們做了生日佈置，並贈送了一個漂亮的生日蛋糕。
酒店活動很豐富，在書吧可以看書、寫毛筆、下棋、玩桌遊，邊上還有健身房、游泳池、影音室、棋牌室，外面有一片大草坪供玩耍，可以很好的消磨時光。第二天天氣難得地開始放晴了，我們還去户外走了走，騎着車慢悠悠逛完整個酒店，在田野間呼吸新鮮空氣，非常愜意。來之前提前和管家預約了影音室，所以在逛完户外後我們選擇了看電影放鬆，並品嚐了當地特色的白茶。
印象最深刻的一點在於，從進酒店大門開始，我們遇見的每一個人都是笑臉相迎，親切和藹，環境設施服務兼具的酒店，非常推薦入住，也是願意反覆再來的地方。

DDaphne YueWe stayed in a standard family room at the Dongwu New Century Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was well-designed, providing a comfortable and practical space for family stays. Despite being a standard room, it did not feel cramped and offered enough space for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy. It was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment, which is especially important when traveling with family.
The staff at the hotel were outstanding in their service. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries we had. Their attentiveness made our stay more comfortable and stress-free.
Another highlight was the hotel's buffet. The spread was fantastic, featuring a wide array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food and the variety available were impressive.
In summary, the standard family room at Dongwu New Century Hotel is an excellent choice for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Coupled with the exceptional service and superb dining options, it provides a great overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for quality accommodation.

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat place for dogs, they have a lot of space to run around. We had some problems with noisy neighbors, but the staff was very helpful and offered to change the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place for light sleepers though and people looking for quiet - the room is a tent after all, with very poor noise insulation, we heard big noise similar to fireworks at 6 am and staff cutting grass at 7 am, actually just people walking by your tent can wake you up. Almost every other aspect of our stay was perfect - large comfortable bed, room design is very original, vegetable picking was fun. The hotel itself doesn’t provide dinners, but they will take you to another hotel in their buggy for dinner - Chinese food there was absolutely phenomenal, we loved it.
Breakfast was ok, standard Chinese set, Western choice was only toasted bread with butter. No free coffee. Paid americano underwhelming.

MMichael SpielmannThe resort is well integrated in the nature with several tea plantations and is a good starting point for hiking. The guest house in the upper level of the hill provided a good view. Due to the transportation service it is not much effort to reach the house even it is a bit far from reception.
Just one thing to be criticised: There was a construction for a resort extension just behind the guesthouse which was not mentioned during booking and at arrival.

CChomiczOverpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement.
I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.
Did I overpay? Yes
Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes
Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes
Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel.
- There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay.
- The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am.
- The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust.
- Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used.
- The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.
