We spent 5 days at this hotel with our family, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel's location, right behind the marina, was a huge advantage, and the view from our room was amazing. Transportation was very convenient, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Ekrem and Kerim for their outstanding hospitality—you were both amazing! The breakfast had a good variety of options and suited our taste very well. The towel art in our room was truly impressive and looked like a work of art. Since the hotel is located in the city center, we could easily walk everywhere. It was wonderful to enjoy both the seaside and the lively atmosphere of the marina, with its cafés, restaurants, and shops, especially in the evenings. Thank you for everything. We would be happy to stay here again!

Having stayed here before, I was looking forward to going again. It was very disappointing & not the same. The room was not clean, the bed sheet was too small & moved as I slept to reveal a very dirty mattress. Although once it arrived, the breakfast okay, I had to wait 1.5 hours to get it. There was one waiter looking after the whole place & he tried very hard but should have had help. One staff member is not enough for a restaurant of that size.& I felt sorry for the kitchen, who must have been under the same pressure. Reception staff were rude. As for Blue Beach , the swimming pool & beach that is connected to the hotel. Last time, it was an oasis of calm & a beautiful place to spend relaxing time.... This time, it was very busy - predominantly with Egyptians (which it should be as we're in Egypt), but they were all very young & it was like being in a nightclub during the day. The music was ridiculously loud - a contradiction to the rules sign as you walk in saying no loud music or speakers to be used. The swimming pool last time clear & blue - this time it was a nasty shade of green !! The photo taken really doesn't show how green it was. The hotel location within the Marina is good. Overall I was bitterly disappointed & regret going back - but it shows one of the most important things about a hotel is maintaining consistency & The Bay Hotel definitely didn't do that & I won't be returning for a 3rd time.

The staff is simply amazing..they go above and beyond to be sure you are taken care of. Nice folks

Omg it was sooo super amazing.Highly recommended. Great value of price and amazing sea marina view will make ur stay extra special. Bishoy was soooo kind friendly and helpful which made me consider to stay there for my next trip. Mahmood one of the best staff for sure aswell. Overall it is absolutely amazing. Who ever reading this review just go for it without any hesitation u won't regret😊

房間淋浴頂噴很矮，進去根本站不直，要彎着腰洗。同時有一個男前台，有很明顯的歧視行為，我們退房那天早上我檢查過mini bar 裏面東西都是完整沒有動過的，那個男前台去檢查房間之後跟我們説我們拿走了 mini bar 裏的東西。最後他接受了我們沒有動任何東西的事實。

Rien il y a des cafards , dans le logement il sent la cigarette , j’ai égarer un pantalon Zara qui est tombée du balcon avec le vent personne n’a était capable de me le retrouver il est tombé dans la marina autour du parking , service de réception plus que médiocre , je déconseille

Hôtel bien situé sur la Marina, avec plusieurs restaurants à disposition tout le long de la Marina, des boutiques, un spa et un beachclub. C’est un joli quartier touristique agréable et sécurisé. Pour la chambre, elle t’était assez propre et identique à l’annonce, et dans un environnement assez calme. Je n’ai pas goûter la pension de l’hôtel et donc n’ai rien à notifier à ce sujet. Personnels très gentils et à l’écoute, merci bcp. ☺️

住了3晚上，3樓的2卧室家庭套房，衹能看到一點點海景，白天都出海了倒是不重要，大堂服務很好，一個房間空調有問題馬上來解決了，給提行李的小哥和打掃衞生都準備了小費，不多幾十埃磅這樣子。餐廳比較容易出狀況，上班時間晚出餐也慢，第三天我們7點40要出門釣魚，等不起直接在房間乾的泡麪。總的還是不錯。

Nous.avons séjourné 6 Nuits dans cet établissement qui est l'endroit convenable pour celles et ceux qui voyagent en famille. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'appartement 504 qui offre depuis le balcon du salon, une vue époustouflante sur la superbe marina du centre-ville. Par contre, les chambres situées côté rue sont très bruyantes la nuit à cause du quartier et du manque de civisme des passants et des touristes. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant très acceptable qui propose petit-déjeuner et souper en fonction de la réservation tout comme il est possible de manger librement à la carte mais le service est bien entendu payant ! Le personnel est plutôt serviable et attentionné et particulièrement Moubarak le valet de chambre qui nous a très bien accueilli dès notre arrivée par son sourire contagieux et sa gentillesse exemplaire ! Dans l'emsemble, je recommande cet établissement même si tout n'est pas parfait mais le point fort de cet hôtel reste la proximité directe du centre-ville et la vue imprenable de la superbe Marina.

其他都挺好就在碼頭，就是床單四件套全部都是起球了的

選了家庭套房，好處是周邊配套設施比較全，面積比較大。很少打分，尤其是這種低分，原因是我們被欺騙的經歷全發生在這家酒店及周邊餐廳（把國人當作人傻錢多的主）。在餐廳吃了兩次早餐，那個工作人員欺騙了我們兩次，酒店前台和經理看似在妥善解決，但實際上也衹是讓人息事寧人，那個服務員絕對還會在那工作，大家小心。真誠建議，如果防範意識比較弱，或是臉皮很薄的人，或是英語相對弱的人，不要在這裏住。現在附上完整經過，大家自行判斷： 第一回：我們訂的房間不含早（事實證明自己去吃能省很多錢，如果服務員不坑人的話）。這個酒店餐飲菜單上不標價，所以我對價格並無概念。第一次，我們點了2杯飲品加一籃麪包應該還好。但買單時賬單上寫着375.E，點號不明顯，同伴看成3752，所以很詫異地問了好幾遍“three thousands！？”，服務員一直説“yes”，表情也很嚴肅（可見並非玩笑，埃及人開價格玩笑常常是1million這種一聽就很假的價格）。正在我們準備掏錢的時候，我哥反應回來了，説“三百吧？”這才作罷。 第二回，我們想着酒店早餐價格不貴，騙一次後應該不會繼續騙我們了，沒想到這回更過分，直接不提供帳單，直接坑，他在計算器上按價格，説1200埃鎊，我們這會兒有點疑惑，因為這次菜品和上次沒什麼差別，但卻貴了那麼多，但也打算付（想着可能香腸稍微貴點）。這時候我們説要付美金，他説fourteen，我聽成了forty，但馬上意識到不對，又數出了14，四十放在桌上，他這會兒又説“nonono forty”，並直接上手要拿我的錢！（我猜想可能是同行的男性上樓了，覺得女生性子軟）。這次我們真的惱了，據理力爭，這才解決了，退了我們服務費（沒人在乎這幾塊🙃） 另外，周邊商户也坑人。赫爾格達的大龍蝦很便宜，但這種海鮮的價格是隨時浮動的，所以吃貴价海鮮一定要問清楚現在的價格（注意單位是kg還是g），並確認一下你菜的克數。事情是這樣的，我們到店後，點了一衹700g的龍蝦，確認好價格是2000，上菜時被分成2盤。吃完買單時發現總價10000+（比我們預想的6000+高太多了），這才查了帳單，發現龍蝦那寫的是2000*2pieces，我起初以為自己英語不好，這個“piece”難道是一盤算“1peace”，但還是找人確認了，他們才更改了帳單。
