Worst place I have been ever. If you want to spend your whole vacation complaining and frustrated this is the best place for it. If you want to spend your vacation and have a lot of lizard Inside your room here is what you looking for. For the Egyptian community you guys are not there first priority. They give me my room at 4:30. The hotel always crowded you have to wait in line for long time get food drink or snacks. The hotel seems like he takes guests above their capacity. My sisters have to stay with me in my room because they scared of that lizard in their room

Excellent food, excellent service in the bar, restaurant and reception. The pool was also clean and pool service was good. It's cute and small and there are always enough sunbeds available. The staff is very nice, and everyone is very helpful. The rooms and common areas are modern and tastefully furnished, with good views and excellent cleanliness.

We have been too Egypt 10 times now this time we took the young grand children with us and booked this hotel for the pools and the fact other children would be there. The Hotel grounds and main buildings were very well kept the swimming pools were clean and well run and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room although well laid out was in need of refurbishment the floor tiles all moved and were loose and it was generally tired, the all inclusive had limitations that we have never had before and the food although edible and fresh each day was bland and not up to the standards that we are use too, we did not look forward to meal times we just eat to survive rather than enjoy the food it was fine for a week but 14 days would have been a struggle, a small thing but there was not a welcome pack, general information was not readily available. The hotel is also quite isolated so if you wanted anything you paid well over the top for it or you traveled further afield, unfortunately the taxi company on-site was also expensive. The children loved their holiday and the staff were very good with them but we will not be returning in the future as it did not suit us personally.

We stayed at Stella Gardens Resort and the most amazing time! Before I get into my review I’ll start with the star rating and be honest it’s a 4 star hotel and not 5 star as sometimes as advertised. If you’ve stayed at a true 5 star then you will know the difference, that being said Stella Gardens doesn’t disappoint. The grounds, pools, rooms and public spaces are spotless. The staff are constantly visible cleaning the hotel. It is a little tired in places but when you have the volumes of guests they have it’s to be expected. It’s good value for money, lovely setting and you shouldn’t be disappointed. Food. Absolutely brilliant. I’d seen some negative reviews of this but we found it great. The salads and veg are so fresh, tasty and healthy. A range of meats and themes during the week at the buffet. We booked the Chinese and Lebanese ala carte restaurants and the food was great. You’ll be entertained by the sparrows if you sit outside on the Terrace. All inclusive drinks are great. They have a range of cocktails but just ask for a cocktail and you’ll get a multicoloured treat. The local beer is very tasty. Accommodation. The rooms are huge, we were ground floor and had a lovely terrace which had the sunshine all morning. Great size bathroom. Very clean. Big shout to Mustafa who cleaned our room and everyday made us smile with his towel decorations!! The crocodile (yes you read that right) was the highlight! Very talented. Swimming Pools. The heated pool is the best, you walk straight in and it feels amazing. When compared to the other pool you really noticed the difference. I decided to channel my inner child and use the slides in non heated pool it was a shock when I came out the other end! Ha. Some of the sun beds are a little tired, so go for the newer plastic white ones. You’ll get a card and have a clean towel everyday. Just return in evening and get your card back. Don’t loose it or you’ll pay 15 euro to replace it. WiFi. Important to note if you want FREE WiFi it’s only available in the lobby and not that great. We paid 25Euros for 2 devices for the week. It’s worthwhile investment as if you don’t have a contract that covers you in Egypt you will pay high fees for using your data or buying a bundle. General Hotel & Makadi Beach. The hotel is super clean, staff always working to ensure you are in a nice environment. If you have a question, anyone will help you and everyone will greet you. The Animation Team (entertainment) certainly entertain. You are greeted by the every morning by Steve Holy song “Good Morning Beautiful”. That became the holiday song. Ha. As a guest you will have access to the Beach Hotel and their pools and the beach front. It’s a 10 minute walk, you can take the free bus, but when you’re all inclusive it’s good exercise. You are within the same complex and security between both. As we were out of season and quiet they had the main events on. The beach setting is lovely but the beach itself isn’t great to swim in.

This must be the most clean hotel I have ever been to!!!! Food was nice, hotel room had good beds. A special thanks to the animation team for making our stay fantastic. Kristina you're the best!!! Jamaica you're the funniest.

Very nice hotel en very clean. The animationteam Christina, Jamaica en Fatima did her best for give us a perfect vacation. Lots of swimmingpools and beatiful view. The room also clean and very good bed

Hotel is lovely, food was good, staff were amazing, rooms always thoroughly cleaned and the animation team is as fun and made effort with everyone so thank you Jamaica, Christina, Rami and ira , I would come back
