Lovely rooms, especially in B2 section, get sun all day. Alex in the main restaurant was very nice & couldn’t do enough for us, also the towel & bar men on relaxing adult only pool were exceptionally nice. Always there offering their services. Lovely hotel with great staff all over. Entertainment was a bit lacking in evenings. All in all, we would come back again.

Amazing place! Foods are delicious are staff are very kind and friendly. Rooms were very clean and the location was great close to the sea and the restaurants. The show programs were amazing too. Everyone was so welcome I would highly recommend this place to everyone !

We stayed for a week here and loved it. The hotel and staff were amazing, they really looked after us and were very helpful. The food was really nice and the choice was varied and presented first class. Sunbathing was our thing and we loved it around the pools. Also a big shout out to the Animation team, they really made our stay worth while, keeping us busy playing all sorts of games throughout the days. Well done to you all the hotel should be very proud of you all. The accommodation was to a very high standard, cleaned every day and our fridge being stocked up regularly enough. The nightly entertainment was fun and we loved getting involved. We can’t wait to come here again.

Firstly may I start by saying this review is based on the Hotel and it's facilities and not the the staff who we found to be really helpful and pleasant. This was not our first visit to Egypt / Hurghada and is based on comparison to other 5 Star Hotels we have previously stayed at. We booked the holiday, Double room not a twin and I emailed the hotel 5 days prior to arrival requesting if possible a room on the 1st or 2nd, On arrival (approx 22.00) we were escorted to our room ground floor twin room ? Reception informed us there are NO rooms with Double beds and we could moved to a 1st room twin room and the beds could be pushed together. We were moved to a new room but the patio doors wouldn't lock ? The following morning we were moved again to another room with a double / king-size bed ? See photos attached not what I would call 5 Star... The food throughout our stay was poor very repetitive and luke warm / cold. We found the main restaurant to be very busy with a lack of seating for the amount of people staying at the Hotel. Our armband was changed to allow us to use the smaller restaurant by the beach however if you arrived after 20.00 the food was cold and not replenished leaving you with a very limited choice and the food did not follow the menu as published ? The last 3 days of our holiday i started to suffer with painful stomach pains / cramps and bought medication from the pharmacy. The alcohlic drinks were awful... On the second day i enquired about upgrading our package to imported premium drinks and other benefits as advertised on our tour operators site but was informed by the reception staff there was no imported premium drinks ? All in all we had a really disappointing stay at the Serenity Alpha Beach it is really not 5 Star. The food was Poor, alcoholic drinks are poor and the room was tired and need of refurbishment.... I have never in all my years of travelling to various countries ever felt the need to leave a negative review but on this occasion I felt I had to and will be taking it up with our tour operator. Members of the staff and animation team ask the residents how their stay is going at the Hotel and take your room number. May I add at no time did I complain to the hotel staff or management about our stay and just accepted it was was it was and just tried to enjoy our holiday ☹️

I was most distressed to read that we failed to meet your expectations in some areas of the hotel. Be aware that we are always open for any comments from our guests and constructive criticism is always welcome, as these can help us, firstly, to better respond to the wishes of our guests and we thus continue to improve our service. Accept our sincere apology that we didn't receive your email, there may have been a system error that caused it to go missing. For that reason, the receptionist was forced to change you to the only available room with king size bed. Be informed that we do currently have a renovation/maintenance project in progress to refresh the 'dated' areas throughout the hotel - we make it throughout the day and at times when the guests are not around which is why it may go unnoticed - until it is complete. Also, we have renovated 500 rooms out of 550 rooms. I am deeply regret that these feelings were not collected from you throughout your stay. Although I understand you had multiple contacts with our guest relation team, had we known you felt this way we could have ensured extra efforts were made with your good self. I would welcome an opportunity to regain your trust as we love to see you again for that reason, I sent you a follow up email on October 25, 2024 at 22:24 with attachment with the executive rooms after I received your detailed on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 3:58 PM. I also want to thank you for your feedback and criticism. We’ve taken your thoughts to heart, and we’re planning on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. The best wishes to people who work there,it was amazing,the atmosphere was great, friendly, everyone helped in case of questions...on the beach there are very kind and funny men (Salama with friends), they look and help you with places for lying, tell different funny stories and make your vacation unbelievably cool fishes are very bright, the sea is warm and clean, men on the pier are brave and helpful (if it's dangerous they stop people) We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return to this paradise✨
