المستوى العام للمنتجع سيئ جدا .. الغرف بعيدة جدا عن المطعم وعن الشاطئ .. لا يوجد تنوع في الطعام .. جودة العام وطعمه سئ جدا باستثناء الحلويات..ملايات السرير والالحفة غير نظيفة .. طاقم المنتجع والعاملين والاسنقبال غير متعاونين والمعاملة سيئة جدا .. لا انصخ به مطلقا ..
very bad resort .. the rooms are very far from the restaurant and beach .. no food variety .. food is bad taste .. only desserts are of average taste .. bed sheets and blankets are dirty ..staff and reception are bad and not co-operative. i dont advise this resort.

Hello! Where to start... If you are considering this hotel for your vacation, be prepared for the following: 1. Rooms The condition of the rooms is depressing. The furniture is broken, the beds are about to fall apart. The water in the shower barely flows, there is often no hot water, as well as water in general. The electricity was turned off. The air conditioner leaks - by morning the trash can was full of water. The bed linen is old and clearly has not been updated for a long time. By the way, many other vacationers have already written about this in their reviews. 2. Beach The beach is dirty, the water is cloudy, although warm. A lot of locals. We have nothing against Arabs - among them there are Christians, Muslims, and Arabs who look like gypsies. But it is with a certain category - intrusive and rude - that problems arise. Teenagers often pester European girls with requests to take pictures. People complained to the reception, the police, took photos of these guys... but the next day everything happened again. It is difficult to say whether the hotel administration can do anything about this - the territory is divided: the central part is for tourists, the right part is for locals. Moreover, people come from neighboring hotels. 3. Pool The central pool near the restaurant is completely occupied by local vacationers. There are almost no Europeans there. This is clearly visible in the photos. On the beach there were a couple of conflicts between the locals themselves, the police intervened. 4. Drinks The alcohol is of very low quality. The beer is warm, they pour 80% foam and 20% beer itself. But if you give 1 euro - and a miracle: it becomes cold, and the proportions are correct. The beer often runs out. Cola, Fanta and other drinks are also of low quality. 5. Food Repetitive, but you won't go hungry. Others have written about this too. 6. Grounds Beautiful, well-kept, but there's clearly not enough staff to keep it in order. If there were twice as many workers, everything would look much better. 7. Animation There's stretching, Zumba (very strange), aqua gym (even stranger). Volleyball - once a day, I mostly gathered the participants myself. Darts were held at my request only 3 times in 11 days. The evening show is a separate story... I'd better keep quiet. You need to take your seats 2 hours before the start, otherwise you won't be able to sit down. And again - a lot of locals. Conclusion I'm sure the hotel management won't be happy with this review. But maybe they should think about it and change something. If you have the opportunity, look for another hotel. Last year we stayed at a three-star hotel, and even there everything was much closer to a normal level. I hope my review will help you make the right choice.

Our family holiday in Hurghada turned into a complete nightmare after booking Mirage Bay Resort (formerly Lillyland Beach Club) through RCI, a brand we trusted for its reputation and quality standards. After 14 hours of travel with two children, we were denied entry at the hotel gate, accused of having no valid booking, and left stranded in the dark for almost two hours — despite our names being on the guest list the entire time. When we were finally allowed in, the room was filthy and unsafe — mould, damp walls, hair in the shower, no Wi-Fi, and staff openly mocking our complaints. We paid €600 for an all-inclusive package we never got to use, then were physically blocked at the gate the next day when we tried to leave and request a refund. RCI, despite being informed immediately, has not even acknowledged our complaint weeks later. This experience was traumatic for my family and especially distressing for my two children. If you value your safety, dignity, and peace of mind — avoid both Mirage Bay Resort & Aqua Park and RCI at all costs.

The hotel is very beautiful and the food here is delicious. The only problem is that the sea is far away, and the animation team is very responsive.

Terrible hotel!! Let’s start with cleanliness — they clearly don’t know what that means here. The place was dirty, the hotel room was dirty, the bed linens were dirty, disgusting! The surroundings of the hotel were untidy, the grass was overgrown, no nice plantings. Just ugly. The food was awful, almost the same food every day. Very tasteless. We ended up going to the store to buy our own snacks to eat. The smaller water park area was otherwise nice for sunbathing, but the pool boy who was constantly blowing his whistle was extremely annoying. The kids went down the slide, and even before the child’s head had come above the water, he was already blowing the whistle x26788 times to tell them to swim out of the way. SHOCKING BEHAVIOR! No holiday feeling whatsoever. The hotel area smelled like a garbage dump. The service at the reception was good, and the cleaner was friendly. But there was nothing else good about this place.
