시설은 깔끔 샜고 로비 근처 서비스는 100점
하지만, 일부 직원들의 무지? 무시? 에서 나오는 동양인 전체를 중국인으로 보는 태도는 불쾌 했음
스파가 퀄에 비해 과하게 비싸 60분 90유로 한국돈으로 15만원
올 인클루시브에 차라리 머사지를 포함해서 가격을 올리는게 윈윈 일듯
I don't know the criteria for a 5 star hotel in Egypt. But there is nothing 5 star or luxury about Cleopatra. Already upon arrival and check in, everything seemed chaotic. Bad information from the front desk and generally not a good welcome. We stayed in the adult only area. Large rooms. Very clean. There is not much ocean view though. More garden view. So even if you buy ocean view, you can't expect to see much water. The foot garden and sun umbrellas mean that from a ground floor room you can see some water but not the promised and paid for ocean view. Our cleaning guy Fahid was amazing. He is a star. 5 stars to him. Always smiling and service minded. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner are without taste. Boring international food. One dinner was Arabic night. Amazing. Food with flavor and the chef used spices. Every day should be like that. We had read many reviews about the hotel. And the guests praised the food. I must say. Guests from Germany and the UK have low expectations. My advice to the hotel. Make local food in the future. And less options so the rest of the food has higher quality. My own homemade food is better than the buffet. The spa massage was ok. But to expensive. We got cheated at the disco. We came before midnight. But the only bartender was busy. So when we ordered drinks is was after midnight, so we had to pay. After finishing the drink we went to Sky lounge. It was closed even we were there 30 minutes before officiel closing time. In generel the staff at the hotel af extremely nice. Especially Fahid but also the guys at the pool. And waiters at Water Front and Vista Mare always smiling and helpful. Cleopatra has potentiel. But food needs to be improved. And it could use a make over. It’s not a modern or cozy hotel. Out door areas are ok. The last thing is the communication between the different staff. We had a trip to Luxor with pick up at 4 am. The agency asked us to advice hotel security about the number of our car. The reply from Front desk was, that we had to call Front desk at the same day. They could not tell Security because it was not the same security staff on duty now as it would be next day at 4 am. Are you kidding me? So we had to call Front desk at 3 am about the info about the car. Same problem with a breakfast box. We could not order it two days before our trip. We had to order one day before. A normal 5 star hotel can manage small things like this. But not hotel Cleopatra.

My husband and I just went here and sadly only got to spend a couple of days here. But what an incredible property. Amazingly friendly staff with events on site every day and evening if you want to do them and if you don't you can do your own thing. Plenty of excursions to do if you wish. Also just wandering around the property and exploring and going to the pools and Beach is just as fun! The food was incredible, the spa is superb. Egyptian hamam!!!! I wish we had more time here!!! Simply incredible!

The hotel was beautiful and clean the staff were very friendly. A warm welcome from the reception. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Towels were only changed once a day. There was one bottle of large water in the fridge and only one can of sprite and one can of coke that was not replaced. After opening the can of coke it tasted funny,I checked the date and it was out of date so I checked the sprite and that was out of date also Large water was replaced if you finished the bottle. If you wanted a small bottle of water you had to go to a bar. There was no iron or ironing board no slippers or dressing gown in the room. Depending on how long u stayed we were given two vouchers for two restaurants but if we wanted to go again we would have to pay. All food was good at all restaurants but it became annoying when staff were coming around asking if we wanted to book other restaurants. We only done breakfast once as lunch was better,and if you want juice you have to pay extra. Drinks were local and tasteless so I would recommend to bring yout own branded drinks There was plenty of activity during the day but again you had to pay for some. Entertainment at night was awful worst I have ever seen.So bad people were walking out. We went to look at the spa as we wanted to do sauna and steam ,even though we told the guy what we wanted several times he still showed us around. He then tried to sell us products which was annoying so then when he knew we wasn't interested he said we woul have to book the sauna and steam and pay As we had a late check out we was able to use the showers in the spa. It is the worst I have seen .The toilet was dirty and the shower I used didn't work properly and the towels were worn out and had holes in the. Where you get changed is right by the door so if someone who is coming in,if someone is walking past can see in. I have been to Egypt many times and I have never experienced this in any of the hotels so I have been kind enough in giving the hotel a four star

We had a beautiful time in Egypt, thank you to all the different hotel members. Especially the kids club with Nourhan was so nice, our 6 year old son went there every day, He loved the different activities. Nourhan knows exactly the different wishes of the children, she is very professional and such a lovely person. Thank you for the beautiful days… Andri from Switzerland

This was our second stay here, having had a great time last year we couldn’t wait to go back. The resort is beautiful and well kept, the rooms are clean and comfortable, but what really makes this hotel do special are the staff. Every person we met couldn’t do enough for my daughter and I, and the attention to detail in everything they did was amazing. It was my birthday whilst we were there and I was made to feel very special. Our bed was beautifully decorated with flowers and amazing towel art, we had a whole cake waiting for us and our umbrella by the pool was decorated with balloons and tinsel. The water sports place on the beach was brilliant too, we went on two snorkelling trips with them which I highly recommend, we saw dolphins, turtles and the most amazing array of fish and corals. Certain members of staff really stood out to us though, Mahmoud (Mido), in the lobby bar was so professional, polite and kind. He often stayed after he was supposed to finish if the bar was busy so that no one had to wait. The others staff, Ahmed, Mohamed and Jamal were also fantastic. The room cleaner, Davi was so nice, he remembered us from last year and made our stay special. In the main restaurant Mohamed always had the biggest smile, and made every meal time so enjoyable. At the pool bar Mohamed always made sure our drinks were kept topped up, and remembered how we liked them. But our absolute favourite person was Francis the lifeguard who was working at the heated pool when we arrived. He made every day that we stayed extra special, and made us laugh all the time. Nothing was too much trouble, and we loved every minute of sitting at the pool. We will definitely be returning to the resort, and would recommend it to anyone, I can’t wait to see everyone who works there again, especially Mido and Francis

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and my experience was absolutely enjoyable. The hotel boasts an excellent location in a quiet area, with a sense of serenity and tranquillity. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk out of the hotel and reach Hurghada's popular attractions in minutes, then return to the hotel's peaceful and private atmosphere. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, From the moment I arrived, the reception team was exceptional. Check-in was quick and friendly; the staff greeted me warmly and helped me with my luggage. I would like to especially thank Mr. Hossam, Mr. Anwar, and Mr. Mustafa, the hotel manager, who made the check-in process easy for us. The room itself was one of the highlights. It was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged soft lighting, comfortable seating, and little touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. I also appreciated the clever layout that made the room feel spacious. The view from my window added to the experience morning lights start to the day. Housekeeping was reliable and discreet; my room was refreshed daily and everything felt fresh and well-cared-for. Small things mattered extra towels delivered quickly, slippers and bathrobes neatly arranged, and little welcome treats that made me smile. The food and drinks were excellent in every aspect. Breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs cooked to order. Each dish was well presented and freshly prepared. The poolside snacks and coffee were delicious for a light meal. The desserts were delicious and varied, and I especially like the world-class chef, Mohammed, who presented new, delicious dishes every day. As for the other dishes, they were wonderful, such as the salads and their variety. I would like to thank Chef Essam for this wonderful selection. I would also like to thank Chef Tamer, Chef Ahmed Saeed, and chef Al-Saudi, Chef Eissa, as they provided us with everything we could have hoped for and more. The service in the main restaurant was great, the staff were very friendly, I would like to thank the restaurant manager Mr. Sherif as he organized my son's birthday party, and it was great. The hotel’s public areas are beautiful and comfortable the lobby is elegant without feeling pretentious, and the pool and lounge areas are perfect for relaxing. What truly stood out was the staff’s genuine hospitality. From reception to restaurant to housekeeping, everyone seemed happy to help and took pride in making guests feel at home. That personal touch turned a very good stay into a memorable one. In short: great location, warm and efficient reception, a beautifully appointed and comfortable room, and delicious food. Here now and it’s fantastic! The pool bar staff especially are always smiling and look after you so well, always making sure you are happy and have a drink that you like. They work so hard and are always so friendly, all the staff here from the gardeners to managers are welcoming and always greet you. The pools and grounds are immaculate, food is good and you will never go hungry even the fussiest of eaters will find something they like. The spa and beauty salon are also fabulous and I’d highly recommend booking at least something whilst you stay. We have had facials, massages and my husband had a shave. Big shout out to Ahmed, Mohamed and Hossam, at the pool bar, the whole entertainment team (Morgan and Mustafa ) and Shiko we love you xx

Basically.. Not 5* luxury in almost all respects More akin to a Pickalbatros type resort If drinks are important to you, nice coffees/mocktails/cocktails, then DO NOT come here Spend a little more to go to somewhere like Steigenberger Alcazar Sharm, actual 5* luxury and streaks ahead in every aspect. 3/6 of our party came down with awful food poisoning on second to last day, €4k medical bill later. Hotel denied all possibility of food poisoning, guest relations said it was “our weak English bellies”. Been to Egypt dozens of times been us and never had any illness. Read on if you care. Negatives Drinks as a whole are truly horrendous, lobby and main bar serve flat beer and soft drinks, bad wine, barely drinkable spirits, no prosecco/‘champagne’, no amaretto, no white rum so they serve brown mojitos, mocktails are Sprite with either grenadine or blue curacao added. (restaurant and pool bar much better for nice soft drinks and beer fresh from bottles) Pools are lovely but only the smallest one is heated, it’s also further from any bar or toilets (most people cram around it, get a cabana by the bottom pool and bar) Children’s pool isn’t heated so unusable for young kids Get harassed at sunbed by 5-10 salesmen a day Cheap plastic sunbeds with very tired beach towels given out Room mini bar has 2 soft drinks and 2 fruit juice which you can have only once for free Don’t replace dirty room coffee cups and glasses, or remove cups from the bar - awful Unsafe children cot, managed to swap for a better one but what if that wasn’t available?! Room curtains (twice) not big enough to cover balcony doors, let light in Only 5% guests are English, might be an issue for some Only 1 À La Carte is poor for such a large hotel, it’s an Italian, how exciting…. Positives Buffet restaurant is really fantastic - highlight Buffet and pool staff amazing Onsite doctor, pharmacy and shops good Pretty accessible and buggy friendly General cleanliness pretty good and grounds kept in fantastic condition Rooms are nice apart from issues above Beach area good Sport, gym, games good

It was a nice experience here for me and my family. Since we entered in hotel I found helpful people from reception to cleaners and pool bar staff. The room was clean and tidy, good condition for furniture, towels everything. The food was plenty and for every taste they served also natural juices.At pool bar the guys from there respectful and friendly all the time. Animation team it s there ready with many activities for guests. The only problem it s the sea level because of tides.
