Staff were friendly and happy to resolve problems, not of the hotel’s making. The Internet was a bit haphazard to start with, but the provider finally got it working. Good selection of food, with a dedicated omelet chef. Having a bridge walkway to access the beach from the hotel saved negotiating the road.

We have booked deluxe room all inclusive, when we arrived we got just standard room (they asked to pay 20 eur for early check in), when we entered to the room it was just standard with no balcony. Then we went to reception to say that we have deluxe room and reception guy said that they didnt’t know. How come they dont know which rooms are booked? Ok they changed for deluxe. Other problem, all inclusive package: when I ordered trip from the company it was not mentioned that we will have to pay extra for drinks, excatly for wine. On the beach and next to the swimming pool in the bars they have only beers, vodka, tekila… im traveling not first time in my life so I know that all inclusive should be wine as well! When you ask for beer, they pour beer to the small glass, when i ask for bottle they say no. So i paid money for all incl, and now we have this problems? If I knew it would be in this hotel would never book this one! Food: we already had dinner, breakfast - is horrible! No choice, nothing. We met other lithuanian tourists in this hotel they said also that they have all incl and they are eating in mcdonalds because all week food is the same! Room: beds are broken, when you sleep you feel that you are in the hole because mattrass seems old and broken. When you have all inclusive package at 4* hotel especially in Egypt they should provide bottles of water to the room every day for free. Why we have to pay even for water?

I like this hotel very nice hotel and very kind staff all hotel very clean house keeping very nice manger for housekeeping name hussin very good person really and he helped us and all people there and we will come back again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍

بجد بجد اجمل فندق انا نزلت فيه، روعه روعه في كل حاجه، شكل الفندق و والغرف و الاكل و والشرب ، وبالأخص احب اشكر مستر /بسام محمد بجد انسان قمه في الاحترام والذوق وكمان الشيف العمومي ، بجد شكرا علي احلي اجازه قضتها أخوكم/ مايكل Seriously, seriously, the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. It is amazing in everything, the shape of the hotel, the rooms, the food and the drinks. Especially I would like to thank Mr. Bassam Mohamed. Seriously, he is a person of the highest respect and taste, and also the general chef. Seriously, thank you for the best vacation she has ever spent. Michael

Me and my Family enjoyed staying for 4 nights, thanks to the Front Office Manager to upgrade my booking. Everything was nice, the pool the Beach the meals. I will visit it again. The only thing need to take care is to have Kids activities, shows during evening Parties, as for the 4 nights we did not saw anything that is why i had to take y family outside to the City.

By far, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Starting from the extremely rude and unwelcoming reception (and manager), till the dirty rooms. The place has great potential, but it’s all ruined by the unprofessional staff that doesn’t know or even WANT to manage their customers concerns. The only good part was the beach, and the respectful Mr Mohamed Sakr at the buffet. Disclaimer: stay away from their salads at lunch. They used old vegetables from days before and in two consecutive days, the salad was rotten. Even our rooms were facing a construction site. Absolutely nothing to tolerate this place. They ruined my vacation and I definitely won’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

So will start with service review. when arriving, everybody will look forward to give you "the best service ever" to earn some extra dollars. the reception people will give you the worst room firts to make you change it for extra 10 dollar. after they'll make you to accept their agressive service, and get all money from you, they will not move without a penny. if you'll check out and want your luggage to be brought to the taxi - you wouldn't get this service for free. in general - the hotel with 4 stars is giving 2star-service, rooms are not that clean (dusty tables, hair in bathroom), agressive service in restaurant as well (all are smiling and nice, but you need to smile andr] react on them always in other case they start to ask you smiling while you're eating and annoy you with silly jokes). positive side of this hotel - the pool, bars near the pool and on the beach, polite guys on towel service, availability of shower on a beach and good service on the beach. Also the food in the restaurant is adorable. The restaurant on the beach is selling food for extra money. Portions are big and tasty. Except of seafood set. It doesn't woth it's money. Fish is the same as in hotel restaurant for free, but shrimps, squis and crab - are not tasty. Other dishes as pizza and burger are pretty good.

The hotel is situated not very far from the airport on the second line. First of all I'd like to highlight the advantages of staying: - cuisine: mix of European and local dishes, variety of tastes. Fruits and sweets are adorable - comfortable beds - bars on the beach and near the pool - beach service - the pool Now there's a range of disadvantages which I'd like to list: - reception service. When you've just arrived they will give you the worst room and make you change it for better. It will cost you extra $10. After you stayed few days they will not help you with anything just because they've understood that you will not pay more. Even they will not help you with the luggage when you're checking out. As well as taxi guy. If you want to have the information of your staying or check out be ready to get different information on the reception from different people. Extra time of staying may cost you $20 or $30 and the time of check out may vary from 11 am to 12 pm. NO ONBOARDING AND CLEAR INFORMATION! - room service: cleanliness is not their priority. Broken furniture, air conditioner that is very noisy and smells, dirty tables and mirror and finally you can find the hair in the bathroom. Beside it cleaning guy will ask you how's your room every day to earn one dollar - restaurant: guys who are working there are really annoying. Considering that this hotel hosts European people, I'd like to feel some European manners except of not smart jokes. - seafood on the beach - is far from good. The fish which is served there is the same as you can have for dinner in the restaurant and it's tasty, but shrimps, squid and crab are not worth money paid - the WiFi networks are working really bad and they're not going to fix it for you. In general I can say that this hotel is not that level that they're positioning. The pleasure is brought by beach and the food. If you want to change money the exchange rate may vary as well. For €1 they may give you 34-37 Egyptian pound. Depends on a person who is offering. And the last one. You can order the taxi via UBER and it will cost you much lower than local. But be careful with the price that Uber shows and the taxi guy says. Take care!

As usual Excellent service , beach ,room ,reception Mr Bassam & Mr mohamed are the best ,Hisham on the beach bar as well.breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful .abdelbaset the houseman such an amazing guy,made sure that my room is always clean ,thank you all
