Scores very well on location, cleanliness & amenities. e.g. Just 50 steps away from the lovely Hulhumale beach & also close to cafes, restaurants, public transport, malls etc. Recently renovated, so entire property is in very good condition. Amenities like 32” LCD TV, Mini-fridge, E-Kettle, Intercom, Wardrobe & luggage rack, balcony, comfy 8” mattress & clean linen, reasonably spacious room, elevator, a small swimming pool & Spa etc make it ideal for a 1-2 nights stay. Ease transfers to & from airport as well as Male. Cab charges 4$/60 MVR for Airport Trf & 5%/75 MVR for male City Trf. 1 Km walk to Jetty for Ferry Trf. Bus Stop just 2 min walk away. Check-in & Checkout experience was smooth. Hassan was prompt to address any queries during the stay. Scores poorly on Breakfast. They offer fixed Continental Breakfast comprising of 2 slices of Bread Toast, scrambled egg, Chicken Sausage, Jam & Butter, few cut fruits, juice & tea/coffee. Even our request for Tomato Ketchup couldn't be fulfilled. Anything extra is charged. Better book without breakfast as many good Cafes are located close by. They just have a basic kitchen for serving b'fast. Any food order is arranged from their other property located 100 m away. Also, the staff needs to be trained for managing the day to day functions of housekeeping, room-service etc. The newly appointed staffers, comprising of 2 Indians, Mahesh & Feroz, are pretty raw since they lack the hospitality experience & need to be trained for the basics of hospitality for enhanced interaction with guest's. Appreciate their politeness & willingness to help guest's in whichever small way possible. Overall, strongly recommended for a short stay while in Hulhumale for quick access to airport as well as the lovely beach & cafes.
