The check in was very quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and tidy with a great view. My daughter had a great time in the swimming pools and on the beach, where we could also set off fireworks. The downsides for me were that our toilet had a terrible stench coming from it and there were way too many mosquitoes. A nice place for a vacation outside of shenzhen for a few days though

We had an incredible and wonderful experience staying at this lovely resort in Huizhou. The whole hotel environment is comfortable, beautiful and well managed. All staff members provide thoughtful and polite customer service, making us feel welcomed and cared for during our entire stay. The dining experience at the buffet was delightful, with friendly and caring service from every staff member. Our accommodation room was neat, fresh and impeccably clean. The resort offers plenty of amazing recreational facilities suitable for all ages. The children’s playground is well designed, the small animal zoo is lovely and interesting, perfect for family visitors. The outdoor swimming pool and exciting water park are absolutely brilliant, clean and super fun to enjoy. Every single detail of this stay exceeded our expectations. It is such a wonderful family-friendly hotel, highly recommended for holidays and short getaways. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to visit again soon!

The WeChat staff 云is fine, hotel reception staff Doris and room keeper 李雨兰 and 黃錦芬 are good, unfortunately the weather is bad and hotel infrastructure and facilities are far from satisfactory which are insufficient for entertaining so much guests.

To the General Manager, Receptionists Angelina and Helen, Thank you very much for your help during our stay. Your water park is fantastic, the thermal spring area with very different pools, and the beach is clean. The whole property is well maintained, and all the staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed the delicious buffet dinner and breakfast, as well as the Thai restaurant. The huge kids' playroom and even the small petting zoo are included in the room price — that was such a nice surprise. We did not plan our departure well. A useful tip for future guests: you can buy train tickets from Huidongnan Station to Shenzhen in advance. A shuttle bus from the hotel goes directly to the station. Thank you for your high quality service, high standards, and personal approach. We truly appreciate it.
