Wincloud is a top tier hotel located on the backside of Huangshan Mountain (closest cable car is Yongu- walking is still required). The property is beautifully appointed with thoughtful elements. Rooms have heated towel racks, strong hair dryer, foot massaging units- perfect after a long day of walking. The breakfast buffet has a good assortment of Chinese and some western food items. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting Jason who helped made our stay extra comfortable. His English language skills made it easier for us to navigate on and off the property throughout our stay. On WeChat, we had Cheng Lei provide excellent guidance on visiting the mountain sites. Other hotel staff were also very hospitable- like the bar tender who was exceptional in making drinks, the housekeeping staff who were friendly, the doorman who walked over to activate the automatic doors when we entered or exited the hotel.
