Apartamentos Spa Villa Pasiega

The appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. However it's completely isolated from the main hotel so we need to go outdoor for breakfast, restaurant and check out. It's a bit of huzzle because it rained heavily when we checked out. It's hard to manage all luggage, bin bag and umbrella at the same time. Although the appartment room rate is much higher than Hotel Spa Villa, we had less service and amenities. For example, housekeeping was not included so we need to throw our bin bag to the collection point outdoor by ourselves. Hence the Thermal pools are much smaller than Spa villa and was more crowed than a public pool especially during weekend when there were many families and kids. All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service.

We stayed in one bed apartment with view. The apartment was really good, beds and pillows were super comfortable, really good sleep and the view a plus. It was clean and had all we needed in the kitchen for a week. The spa for the apartments were not that well maintained, a strong smell of cloro and excessively warm ambience, many families complained of the same the one visit we made. Not for us, I was a bit disappointed by this. When I asked reception that it was too warm they could not care less, told me that the temperature of the room was written on the wall and that’s it. The cafeteria was good for a coffee or drinks but the food of the restaurant was not good. The menu for kids was not week cooked and oily and the burger was really badly cooked, thick dry meat without any flavor and wet potatoes. I left it in full. Not a restaurant for a 4 stars hotel. Heard another family complaining about something they order that was not in good shape. Only ate one out of the week we stayed there. I

We booked the apartments which are by the main hotel. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We had a massive queen sized bed in main bedroom, with a separate room sort of bunk beds, as the bed pulled out from under the other so alot better than bunk style. Bed were so comfy and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a spa bath (kids loved this). Our room had robes to use for the spa and plenty of spare towels if needed. We hired a car as I did my research before we went as around 15minutes drive to beach which is stunning and a surfers paradise. 20minute drive to the local nature park which I highly recommend, with cable cars and full of all types of wildlife. Defiantly need a car to get round all the areas as I think it's 750 acres of park. The local luna supermarket had everything we needed as we stayed bed & breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, you need to ask for eggs, sausage & bacon as not self served as cooked fresh and pancakes too. But they offer continental style, lots of fruit, yummy cakes and croissants, variety of breads with a toaster, yogarts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The Spa in apartments was lovely, Our boys wanted to be in there everyday but could do a slight revamp in some parts. We went into the hotel spa which is amazing, so much to do in there with sauna, various jacuzzis styles, hottubs but after 7pm no children as adults only. It's a small village so not much to do here but very peaceful and the views from our Appartment were stunning mountain views. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside I would say is there do have parties of various styles at the hotel which we wasn't told about but we didn't mind as went for a drive out & explored the area. Would recommend as a true Spanish relaxation get away. We would recommend 👌

En general, la estancia fue muy buena. Los apartamentos están genial y la atención del personal fue excelente, siempre amables y atentos. Sin embargo, el spa de uso libre que anuncian fue una decepción. No había ningún tipo de control: muchas personas no usaban el gorro a pesar de ser obligatorio, y había niños tirándose al agua y gritando. Más que un spa parecía una piscina de uso lúdico, por lo que en lugar de relajarte salías más estresado de lo que entrabas. Por otro lado, probamos el buffet y nos gustó mucho. Todo estaba muy bueno y con bastante variedad. En resumen, muy buena experiencia en cuanto a alojamiento, atención y restauración, pero el spa debería tener algo más de control para que realmente sea un espacio de relajación.

Ha sido el tercer año consecutivo que nos alojamos, y muy bien. Pero si que este año hemos echado de menos un poco que el SPA estuviera más cuidado. Le falta mantenimiento y había arenilla dentro del agua. Es una pena.
