รีวิว Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Houston IAH Airport - JFK Boulevard

Sadly enough, the Hotel is under construction which the website never said anything about, so huge areas of the hotel were taped off, and not accessible...as in the fitness area ;(. The room had kind of been redone, but still had alot of the old showing through. Warped Bathroom Doors, a fan that sounded like a sick owl...carpet was just ok...There were cut out areas where plugs/ lamps were supposed to be that were just holes now, and one single plug in lamp in the corner or a very bright overhead lamp. Kinda felt as though they were doing the bare minimum to allow us to stay there, so they could have some occupancy. The front desk Staff was attentive. Food was "very limited"...One day was Potatoes and Sausage...next day...just Potatoes out...and this was still early. The location being so close to the Airport was the highlight to say the least.

The elevator did not work so we had to use the stairs with our luggage. We had an elderly couple in our party. I had also paid for my trip through the booking company and I was charged again. I had to wait about 2wks until I was finally refunded.

The small of the room is like old They need to improve sorry The service was good but the conditions of the room is not good at all 1 star

離機場近，酒店酒店舊了，早餐也很難吃。不過轉機過夜很方便。其他也沒啥優點了。

酒店設施比較舊。地點相當方便，包早晨價格實惠。

延住了一天，這家在機場附近的酒店生意很好，主要是性價比高，轉機臨時過渡下是個不錯的選擇

離機場太近，很吵。空調系統老化，聲音太大。

綜合看起來不錯，有吃的，有逛的，比較方便實惠

I ended up here after a delayed flight that left me stranded for the night with an early morning flight. This property does not have a restaurant and most of the travelers came directly from the airport for similar reasons. The area did not look safe to walk around and eat at local spots. I was grateful that I ate well on my transatlantic flight and was not hungry. The property switch branding last year and is this really weird mix of super old and newly painted. For example, the sink in my bathroom was shiny and new. But there was a chair in my room that was old and stained. Lots of repainted and half finished surfaces. More alarming, the door locks were bent and didn't engage correctly. The whole place just didn't feel safe at all. If I get stuck in Houston again, I'd rather pay for my own hotel than take a free night at the Sonesta.

Front desk staff were very friendly but had to point out someone had jumped the line and were being served before us. This was soon rectified. The hotel may have been done up recently but the paintwork was poor and already peeling off. Cupboard doors didn't fit. Pillows were covered in plastic which made for a very disturbed sleep.

Johanna at the front desk is great! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The many improvements under new ownership are welcomed. The new mattresses are very very comfortable! The improved breakfast is good and the snacks at the front desk available 24/7. The shuttle to the airport is on time and Ray, the driver this trip, is courteous as well as a safe driver. I slept better than at home on the new mattress!

Excellent service and near the airport. Highlight to Joana at front desk and team. We had to stay because of cancelled flight. Good breakfast with pancakes, cereal, bread, bagels, juice and coffee. The connected rooms were fabulous for our family with kids.
