โรงแรมใกล้กับ Academy Sports + Outdoorsในฮิวสตัน

เดิมทีผมไปสถานที่และชื่อเสียงของต้นไม้คู่ ห้องพักโดยรวมโอเค แต่พออาบน้ำตอนกลางคืน เจอท่อระบายน้ำอุดตัน ฉันโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อตอบและฉันทำได้แค่เปลี่ยนห้องเท่านั้น บรรจุภัณฑ์ขนาดใหญ่และขนาดเล็กได้รับการจัดระเบียบใหม่และเปลี่ยนจากชั้น 7 พอไปถึงชั้น 9 ก็ลำบากเหลือเกิน และไม่มีบริกรคอยช่วย หลังจากที่คุณเข้าไปในห้องแล้ว คุณต้องตรวจสอบห้องน้ำและโถส้วมก่อน คราวนี้มันช่างโชคร้ายเหลือเกิน นอกจากนี้ ทางเดินชั้น 7 ยังมีกลิ่นแปลกๆ เพื่อนร่วมทีมของฉันไม่ชอบมันมาก พอย้ายมาชั้น 9 ก็หาย มีเพื่อนผิวดำจำนวนมากในโรงแรม ไม่ว่าจะมีความคิดเห็นหรือเพื่อนผิวดำบางคนดูน่ากลัวเล็กน้อยเมื่อมองผู้คน

อุปกรณ์ใหม่มาก สุขาภิบาลดีมาก ใกล้ความเร็วสูง เสียงดังไปหน่อย แต่ห้องเก็บเสียงได้ แอร์ก็เล็กมาก นอนหลับสบาย ค่อนข้างสบายในโรงแรมรถ ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก ไม่ไกลจากไชน่าทาวน์และใจกลางเมือง ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดปาก การออกแบบห้องอาบน้ําค่อนข้างมีปัญหา มีกระจกใสและกระจกหันไปทางเตียง มันบางมากและฉันขอเตียงที่แผนกต้อนรับอีกครั้ง อาหารเช้าไม่ใช่อาหารเช้า ถามแผนกต้อนรับว่าไม่มีอาหารเช้า เป็นเค้กและผลไม้ในถุงที่เตรียมไว้สําหรับลูกค้า ราคานี้ค่อนข้างสูง

การเข้าพักนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ห้องพักสะอาดมากมีกลิ่นสดใหม่และเตียงก็สบายสุด ๆ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและเป็นมืออาชีพ ตะโกนใส่เดวิดเขาให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นแก่เรา โรงแรมไม่คิดค่าจอดรถซึ่งผิดปกติมาก โรงแรมมีโรงจอดรถและที่จอดรถพื้นผิวด้านหลังโรงแรม ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก หากไม่มีการจราจร ใช้เวลาขับรถเพียง 15 นาทีไปยังตัวเมือง 10 นาทีไปยังแกลเลอรี่ และ 10 นาทีไปยังอุทยานอนุสรณ์ ความท้าทายคือการนําทางถนนด้านหน้าเพื่อไปยังโรงแรมจริง ๆ แต่ Waze หรือ Google Maps นั้นถูกต้องพร้อมคําแนะนํา โรงแรมมีรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่เก่ากว่าอย่างแน่นอน แต่ห้องพักสะอาดมากและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี เลานจ์เจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกมีโซดา น้ําปรุงรส และของว่าง ฉนวนกันเสียงเพียงพอที่เราไม่เคยถูกรบกวนจากเสียงทางหลวง! เราพักในโรงแรมหลายสิบแห่งทุกปีและโรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่เราเคยพบมา จะแนะนําคุณสมบัตินี้อย่างแน่นอนและอยู่ที่นี่อีกครั้ง

อย่างแรก สถานที่ เป็นที่พักที่ดีมาก เมื่อได้วิ่งหนีความวุ่นวายในการเข้ามา เพื่อความไม่พอใจของฉันฉันจะยอมรับว่านี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้พัก Hostel ในประเทศสหรัฐฯ ฉันพักในสเปนหลายครั้งเมื่อไม่กี่ปีก่อนโดยไม่มีการสะดุดใดๆ ปัญหาใหญ่ที่สุดคือการติดต่อคนที่หายใจอยู่ทางโทรศัพท์แต่นั่นเทียบเท่าสําหรับหลักสูตรวันนี้ น่าเสียดาย ประการที่สองมีการแลกเปลี่ยนอีเมล์ที่สับสน(สําหรับผม) ทําให้เกิดการโต้แย้งว่าไม่มี ID รูปกับผม รู้มาก่อนว่าผมส่งนี่มาก่อนหน้านี้แล้วมีอีเมล์มาพิสูจน์ให้ พอส่งบัตรประชาชนไปก็ทําการคัดลอกและปริ้นเป็นอีเมล์ตอบกลับกลับมาให้พวกเขา หลายชั่วโมงต่อมาเมื่อผมหนาวอยู่ในรถนอกสถานที่ของพวกเขาผมได้เรียนรู้ว่าพวกเขาไม่มีบัตรประชาชน เลยส่ง ID รูปอีกแบบโดยใช้อีเมล์ใหม่โดยตรงถึงเค้าแทนที่จะตอบคนแก่มาเฉยๆ ให้นั่นเป็นบทเรียน มักส่งอีเมล์ใหม่พร้อมข้อมูลที่ต้องการเสมอ แทนที่จะส่งเป็น e-mail ตอบกลับที่เค้าส่งมาก่อนหน้านั้น จริงๆ อาจเป็นข้อผิดพลาดทางอีเมล์บ้าง ติอย่างเดียวคือหลังจากที่เข้าไปข้างในแล้วผมก็เหนื่อยและพร้อมที่จะนอนเพื่อพักผ่อนที่จําเป็นมาก เสียดายที่ ”รวม” กับล็อคประตูจะไม่เปิดประตูห้องผม พยายามโทรหาเค้า (ไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ที่นั่น) แต่อีกครั้งข้อความที่บันทึกไว้บอกว่าให้ส่งอีเมล์มาให้ จึงได้ส่งอีเมล์ไปมาหลายครั้ง นานกว่าจะโทรตามแบบง่ายๆ ก็สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ภายใน 30 วิ บอกไม่ถูก เค้าให้รหัสห้องผิดมาแต่มันต้องใช้เวลาหลายเมล์เพื่อกําหนดเรื่องนี้ สุดท้ายพอได้ห้องแล้ว จะบอกว่า เตียงสะอาด นอนสบายมาก นอนเหมือนหมีนอนหลับๆ ห้องพักมีความรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านจริงๆ เลย ไม่เหมือนความสมบูรณ์แบบของ motel ไฮเอนด์ที่ปกติผมพัก โดยรวมก็เงียบสงบมากๆ ไม่รู้ว่ามีคนอื่นอยู่กี่คนแต่ไม่มีเวลารอให้เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นที่อาบน้ํา อาบน้ําก็สะอาดมาก พอพร้อมจะออกก็แขวนรอบๆ อยู่บริเวณ ”ห้องนั่งเล่น/ล็อบบี้” ชั้นล่างคาดว่าจะจะมีพนักงานอยู่ที่นั่นตอนเช็คเอ้าท์เพราะมีเสมอเมื่อพักที่โมเทลแต่ไม่มีใคร เลย หลังจากสักพักฉันก็จากไป ฉันใช้สถานที่นี้เพื่อเข้าพักเพื่อความอยากรู้อยากเห็นเพราะปกติฉันจะพักที่โมเต็ลเมื่อฉันมาฮุสตัน แต่โรงแรมราคาแพง ความจริงก็คือฉันไม่เคยดูทีวีในโมเทลเลย ฉันไม่ค่อยได้ทานอาหารเช้าที่โมเทลหรือใช้โทรศัพท์ของพวกมันในห้องพัก, สระว่ายน้ํา หรือยิมออกกําลังกาย ตอนไปเที่ยวสิ่งเดียวที่หาเมื่อถึงเวลาเรียกว่าเป็นวันๆ คือ สถานที่ปลอดภัย สบายๆ นอนพักเพื่อนอนใช้ห้องน้ํา ,,, ไม่มีอะไรมาก นั่นคือสัญญา ที่จะอยู่ใน Hostel และในสัญญานั้น พวกเขาส่งมา

I had a fantastic stay , I loved it. The crew was amazing Michelle, Cj and Rebecca. Taylor was my favorite they made me feel comfortable and at home . They made sure I was satisfied every step of my stay and I will for sure be back. By the and food is great and excellent excellent bar selection!

Shocked that this place has such good reviews. Three stars is generous. First off, I arrived at 4:15 and my room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3. They asked if I would be fine downgrading my room since those rooms were available. I declined so had to wait about 30 minutes for my room. The room was fine, nothing great. The kitchen was nice I will say, as well as the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t perfectly cleaned though. Their was a hair in the shower and white splatters on the door and wall. The bed was hard and the pillows were small and terrible. The sheets had been used way too many times and the fabric was beading up. They felt very worn. One of the pillows had a black smudge on it upon arrival as well. The remote was sticky but the AC worked well at least. As for the amenities, the breakfast was not great. Half of the items/options weren’t available all 3 mornings I was there. The juice was watery, bananas over ripe. Very disappointing. In the gym, I hoped to use the treadmill. The incline on it was broken but the rest of the gym was fair. The pool is small, water was cloudy and they have no hot tub. Upon checkout at 5 am, I requested a receipt to show my balance was $0 since this was a work trip. They informed me they weren’t printing receipts and I would be emailed one at the 11 am checkout time. Insane to me but I was given no other option. Well that time rolled around and I wasn’t sent one. I did call and they sent it to me immediately. The hotel is newer but the elevators are worn down, there were dead spiders in the main hallway and the main areas are very stuffy. Parking was okay, not a huge lot but they weren’t busy when I was there. The location, I was informed, is not great or safe. Being from out of town, I had no clue. I never felt unsafe but I didn’t venture out at all. The surrounding area left much to be desired as places to eat, shop and things to do. Location was decent to the interstate. I would not stay again.

I have to say I had the worst experience ever. I always stay at a LaQuinta when traveling and I read reviews before booking and the reviews were satisfactory. First off the elevators were not working in which they did state on the app, but I informed them ahead of time if possible I needed a lower level room. Well when we checked in they gave a room on the 3rd floor so walking up several flights of stairs wasn’t in my plan. I asked if there was anything else available and they said no. I went ahead and kept the room thankfully my son was able to help me get up and down the stairs. The 3rd floor air in the hallway was not working so it was extremely hot so by the time I got to my room I was exhausted and saw a roach crawling over the outside door. We checked our room and didn’t see any but informed of the issue. First night was ok, the breakfast wasn’t the best. The second night the air in our room wasn’t cooling and we woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat so I called several times to the front desk and no answer so I had to walk downstairs and no one was at the counter at all. I attempted to write out a note to leave and eventually someone came and since they didn’t have another room like the one we booked they gave us separate rooms. One of the rooms my daughter saw 2 roaches crawling on the dresser and we had to call back down and have them find us another room. The attendant did and we were able to rest and try to enjoy the rest of our stay. The checkout was the worst I have ever experienced. The attendant was helping a young lady and I assume they didn’t have her info in the system, so about 5 people and myself were waiting in line to check out and she didn’t say not one word to any of us to even say she will be right with us. Then we were gathering all our bags from the room and was rushed out. I was so upset and really didn’t like my experience at this location at all.
