"I requested a quiet room 😌 and remind them i had the first flight out of Heathrow that morning but couldn't close my eyes as the planes travelled directly over every few till about 1,30am my alarm was set for 230am . My room was infront of building and the main road just infront constant traffic all night long trip to Africa I need some good sleep 😴 but I felt severely letdown ."

"Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton."

"I stayed at Travel lodge Feltham which was very nice the staff where polite and helpful especially Durga who served up a fantastic breakfast. The only problem is with parking! When you scan the QR code in reception?, make sure you check the time period as it is not automatic that you have 24hours."

"Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm."

"ดูจากภายนอกไม่ค่อยดี แต่ห้องพักสะอาดและพนักงานช่วยเหลือดี ยิมพร้อมสระว่ายน้ําสกปรกและมีผู้ชายจํานวนมากสูดซึ่งทําให้เราไม่ลงจากว่ายน้ําจริงๆ"

It is really powerful on such a hot day. 👍👍 And there is a large lawn to the north of the hotel, there are squirrels and pigeons, it seems that the people here have lived in harmony with nature for a long time. It’s so close to the subway station, it may be 100 meters, except that there is no elevator in the subway station, other praises! It is also very close to the commercial center street of the town. It is four or five hundred meters away. There is a big banyan tree in the street, which is just open and shavings. Fruits are sold everywhere. Recommend local strawberries and apples, very simple taste. If there is an oven, it is recommended to bake local potatoes to eat, it is too delicious to taste as a child, there is no technology and ruthless life."
