โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ริมทะเลสาบ Lucerne และมีท่าจอดเรือสำราญ มีทิวทัศน์สวยงามเป็นพิเศษ หากขับรถไปก็สามารถจอดรถได้ฟรี ใช้เวลาขับรถประมาณ 10 นาทีก็ถึงย่านเมืองเก่า เหมาะแก่การขับรถด้วยตนเองมาก

โรงแรมโอเค แต่วิวสุดยอดมาก เลยเลือกห้องวิวทะเลสาบ !! ห้องพักดี ใหญ่และสะอาด

Great staff and so friendly

這個酒店太亂了，全部都是各旅行團，沒有當地住客！環境吵雜無比，房間隔音幾乎沒有，隔壁床翻個身，都能聽見。房間小而陳舊，衞生間因為廉價地板磚，地滑的長者非常容易摔跤，早餐廳像集市，特別亂，杯子沒洗乾淨就讓人用，關鍵是啥吃的都沒有，嚴肅的指責這樣坑錢的酒店，給自由行的客人避個雷！旅行團也真的不應該訂這樣的酒店，真心在坑遊客的錢，因為裏面衹能看到咱們中國旅行團的客人，歐洲本地住客一個沒見到，到海外真的不應該住這樣的酒店。

酒店離市中心有二十分鐘車程，不過駕車還是便利的，有免費停車場，酒店在琉森湖邊，後院就在湖邊，風景優美。酒店周邊是住宅區，沒什麼購物場所，酒店餐廳提供早中晚餐，味道還不錯。房間面積普通，衞浴間乾淨整潔。

入住體驗非常好，服務態度好，房間住的也很舒適，景色宜人

This is a beautiful property! We were in Switzerland for 10 days and although we were only at this location one night it was hands down the nicest room of the stay. The lake view room was so beautiful. Great location and very convenient for travellers as the bus station is right outside the building.

View is killer Best in Lucern Rooms are big Bathroom is clean But No fan no AC Staff talks to u nicely but offer no solution Lift stopped working and they said climb to the 5th floor Nothing around the place Again view is the best There are boats from here to the city Buses also available

We could not have picked a better hotel for our stay on Lake Lucerne. We were happy to be outside the city in a peaceful location with a beautiful view and lovely room looking at the lake. The restaurant was so nice and the staff very friendly. We were given free bus passes to Lucerne where we toured the city and picked up a boat excursion. Highly recommend Seehotel Kastanienbaum for anyone coming to visit Lake Lucerne!

Stunning location in a quiet residential area on the shore of Lake Lucerne. (It's a 15 min bus journey ((No.21)) from Lucerne Bahnhof Bus station) Twin room (cleaned daily) was lovely with very comfortable beds, lovely shower plus coffee/tea machine, safe and 2x bottles of water daily. Staff polite and helpful as you'd expect.👍 We didn't try the 'Fondue hut' experience, as much as it looked stunning it was way too pricey, a little like the Breakfast option (32 CHF pppd) but the heated seat pads and seat throws were the ideal accompaniment to our mulled wines on the patio on the chilly Chris**as eve evening.🔥😍 ONLY issue for us was at checkout when somehow our prepaid room was deemed unpaid which was stressful at 06:00, it took time to sort & with our bus to catch (exactly on time at the stop outside every day) to make our train connections, which we just made at 06:18, it wasn't the best start to our journey home, nor the last impression from our stay.

I enjoyed a relaxing stay at Seehotel Kastanienbaum. It is very easy to reach by bus from Lucerne. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the a**osphere is comfortable. It is definitely worth paying for a room with a view or balcony on the lake; the views are gorgeous.
