The rooms are clean. The location is great! Just a 10 minute stroll to Ala Moana Shopping Center!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pagoda Hotel! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always greeted us with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and their excellent customer service made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Pagoda Hotel for your kindness and hospitality. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

The Pagoda Hotel impressed all of us after reading its history and concept. Since we are former Hawaii residents, we were thoroughly at home with the staff and guests. The idea of a "local" hotel for "locals" is something the hotel's owners never give up. The room, facilities, parking were excellent. The location allowed us to find places to eat very nearby. Our requests were answered immediately. We also loved the breakfast coupon food with great coffee!

The hotel staffs are kind and professionals. The room is spacious and amenities are nicely done I think. My husband loved their bed linens. The blanket was so soft and comfy. You can walk to Alamoana center, Walmart and Target. We were able to get some snacks at Alamoana food court many times and it was very convenient!

100% budget hotel but the main issue I had was the hidden fees. I ended up paying almost double when I checked in. Seems really dishonest to charge a low amount through the app and then charged again when you check in.

the staff (hotel and restaurant) are nice; a bit far from ala moana center and ala moana beach and park if you are carrying heavy luggages

L’hôtel se trouve près de Ala Moana Center et de Walmart, ce qui est top pour le shopping et la nourriture. Il est proche aussi de You Me Smart, où ils y font de bonnes viennoiseries et boissons. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, avec la buanderie qui est top.  L’hôtel est également proche de Waikiki Centre à pied (pour ceux qui souhaite le faire), et il y a partout des arrêts de bus.  Il s’agit d’un hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix, avec leur petit déjeuner qui est excellent ! J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
