A 10 minutos del casco urbano.

A very nice modern hotel with underground parking. Rooms, whist not large, are perfectly adequate and very clean. Some have baths and some only showers. Ours had a little terrace, which would have been nicer with a little seat on it. Breakfast was a nice buffet, and seemed to be replenished frequently. My only minus was the coffee, which we all thought was dreadful. Ask for one from the machine at the bar which is slightly better.

Amazing staff , location , parking, and breakfast. Its location is superb Hondarribia is a quaint lovely town. The Hotel was perfect for us as we travelled through the north of Spain to France and received such a warm welcome. Well done to all Karen and William Co Cork Ireland 🇮🇪🇪🇸

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We got all kinds of directions on how to get there from Bilbao, how to get to different towns in France, how to use the busses and trains, as well as how to get to the old town and to the restaurant area. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was cozy, with a wonderful view of the hills. It was very quiet and we got quality sleep. The area is very green, quiet and residential.

A gem of a hotel in a quiet area of Hondaribbia. Set back from the waterfront but just a 7 minute walk to the old town or harbour area. Modern design with spacious rooms. Attractive restaurant and gardens. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever enjoyed and well worth the money. All the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We were staying at our friends home in San Sebastián until the tour d France closed the road to the airport. Decided to stay close to the airport in hondarribia! Such a cute little sea side town! The Jaizkibel was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is has a cozy inviting courtyard and dining room and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms, though small, are very comfortable and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable! I would definitely come back to this place!

We were moved to the hotel when our original was overbooked, so didn’t actively plan to stay there. From first arriving, the staff were absolutely charming, very friendly and helpful. Positives: we were given a junior suite, which was ideal as it offered ample space, with a separate seating area, small balcony and a dual aspect. The food was great, particularly the tasting menu (see pics). The bar menu is extremely reasonable and offers a good choice of meals. The air conditioned room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable with sufficient pillows. The bar and restaurant were very well appointed with fragrant jasmine bushes. Negatives: communication around restaurant opening times was poor, resulting in my husband and I missing dinner on Sunday when it was closed. However, the receptionist has promised to address this. The management seems a little inflexible- the rest of our group wanted to join us for a drink and food one night but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate and would only allow drinks on a terrace away from the restaurant, but made it clear that they were not to stay for long, despite the bar area not being busy. However, on balance, this is a really good hotel, with excellent staff, great food and well maintained and comfortable accommodation.

Not recommended. During our 4-day stay, the hotel hosted an unannounced wedding celebration. If the usual preference of the client avoids the tourist colonies of the Spanish coast with daily concerts that break your tranquility and balance, this is not your place. In my opinion, hotel management neglects their company's mission, vision and values ​​by prioritizing amortization to the detriment of the rest of its customers. Difficult road to loyalty. Talking about soundproofing in a hotel like this is meaningless. It is, on the other hand, a hotel with careful architecture with a professional and friendly staff as well as a location that could invite the long-awaited summer break. But not. Should the cliente take care and confirm before booking the absence of events during their stay.

Bon hôtel, avec du personnel courtois multilingue et sympathique. Accueil rapide et efficace. Un parking en sous-sol est disponible. La chambre est jolie, et bien agencée. Bonne literie, et calme. Le restaurant est vraiment idéal, créatif et savoureux. Les plats sont bien servis, le personnel est vraiment professionnel et sympathique. On recommande vivement. Le petit déjeuner est tout aussi bien, avec une personne qui préparera vos oeufs comme vous le souhaitez. Le jus d’orange pressé est un plus

À quelques minutes du centre historique et du quartier animé du port, cet hôtel moderne est confortable, et au calme. Personnel accueillant, garage fermé avec charge pour véhicule électrique à 9€. Agréable solarium en roof top, ne manque que le jacuzzi !

Excellent rapport qualité-prix dans un emplacement calme mais proche du centre d'Hondarribia (avec des escalators pour remonter la pente au retour). Personnel très agréable et chambre confortable (malgré une salle de bains un peu exiguë). Le restaurant et le bar permettent de se restaurer et de se rafraichir sur place dans de très bonnes conditions. Ne pas oublier de réserver une place (payante) pour le parking.

Estuvimos alojados hace unos días en familia y fue una estancia increíble. Recomiendo el restaurante del hotel donde se come de maravilla. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Yon el Maitre por su saber estar y su recomendación con los vinos. Gracias por todo. Esperamos volver pronto.

Ottimo Hotel a Quattro stelle "4" personale della Reception e Camerieri Gentili e disponibili il Chek in è Stato Velocissimo. la Camera era Pulita e Accogliente con un Bagno Molto Grande "Sembrava un Salottino" con Vista su Giardino Ben Curato. il Mangiare era Buono Sia l'antipasto con Primo e Secondo. molto bello la Pulizia Continua del Tavolo da Mangiare da Briciole di Pane. la Colazione era a Puffet di Ampia Scelta tutto bene Ordinato. il check out è Stato anch'egli velocissimo è L'informazione è Stata Rapida e Esaustiva.. Due piccole cosa da Migliorare io Personalmente servire le Bevande della Colazione. Predisporre una Ristrutturazione del Garage Rendendolo più Luminoso.

Todo fenomenal!, muy cómodo, muy agradable, limpio, ámplio, bien situado a 5-7 minutos andado del centro , moderno, buena ducha, buenas camas y buenas almohadas. Y el personal estupendo!!! Y Hondarribia precioso! Y cómo se come!!
