總體來説還不錯，酒店23層一整層，比較安靜，不太吵，前台小姐姐熱情周到，房間挺大的，屋內設施設備也不錯，電動窗簾，箭牌的馬桶帶加熱功能，科勒的浴缸，大幕投影電視，床躺着也舒服。有兩點不太滿意的就是浴缸沒有一次性浴缸膜想泡個澡又覺得不放心，就想先用熱水清洗消毒，清洗完再用自己帶的酒精擦了一遍，準備泡了，發現浴缸和沖澡都沒熱水了，告知電熱水器熱水用完了，要想再泡澡或沖澡就得等熱水器水燒好了再用，等到晚上九點半才匆匆洗上。再有一個不滿意就是紙牙刷杯給太少了，晚上刷完牙杯子都軟了，早上再用就有點軟趴趴的。不舒服

房間乾淨雅緻，已經續住三天了，老闆人特別好，服務熱情貼心，晚上的睡眠💤環境非常好，樓下就有夜市，很方便，點贊👍

看介紹是今年新開的店，正好去方特玩，就抱着試一下的態度去體驗一下。真的是沒想到訂的是82的媚悦主題房間，到了老闆居然給我免費升級成了悦享豪華，實在是太意外了，樓下就是青橙裏也是還有福瑞佳，積家，離地鐵站還特別近真的實在是太棒了。全屋智能和影視會員真的超級贊！最重要的是衞生特別乾淨我還特意帶的一次性床單被罩，結果到了都沒用上，床品太乾淨了，還特別舒服

房間大小不錯挺大 也算乾淨 樓底下就是大悦城和地鐵站 離故宮也比較近 算是市中心 市中心就這個價格比較良心 但是住宅樓比較高總共三個電梯 有一個樓梯一直在維修 其次就是樓裏的住客素質忽高忽低 有的時候直接把垃圾扔進電梯裏 電梯裏的異味非常大 而且非常的慢 等電梯時間太久 樓裏的人也魚龍混雜 因為圖方便選擇了這裏 民宿要求不能太高 畢竟不是酒店 所以對民宿環境表示OK 對其住宅建築裏的鄰居的素質表示擔憂
