This special place is nested in a tranquil area and close to many points of interest, making it a perfect beach stay. You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along. Please contact us for options should you have more guests than the limit for this unit. You will have access to the entire place., including: - 1 Queen bed, 1 Bunk bed (Full and Twin). 1 sofa bed - 1 Full Bathroom - 1 full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and - 1 cozy dining/living room. This unit includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away. The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking. The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks). Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area. Consider this apartment your home away from home while you visit Hollywood. This fabulous rental features 2 bedrooms - one with a cozy queen bed and the other with a fun bunk bed. Perfect location! Spacious unit with a pool and just a block from the beach ! We will be back for sure !!

Layover beach day! We booked this apartment for a single day after we got off our cruise and wanted a rest day before flying out. This place was incredibly clean, perfectly as described and had more amenities than listed. You’re at the beach, walk for 20 seconds and you’re in the sand. And the beach itself was also very nice. Having a place so close that also includes beach furniture is a major plus. The pool area, shower and laundry room were all very nice to have as well. Very good communication with the property manager and we would definitely stay again!
