I am disappointed to hear that our breakfast buffet did not meet your expectation. Normally, we received great feedback about the breakfast, and I will check with our chef to see what went wrong on those day. Our breakfast only served at the art space for temporary for a few weeks when we are renovating our breakfast area. I’m sorry for that we let you down and sorry for this inconvenience caused.Regarding the front desk, we will review the check in process to ensure the arrival is always smooth and welcoming as possible.
