나는 전세계를 돌아다니는 k-pop idol 공연 프로모터 이다.많은 호텔과 아파트를 이용 했으며 비행기를 1000번 이상 이용했다.나는 많은 숙소를 이용하면서 이런 좋은 숙소는 처음 경험했다 1.항상 얼음이 필요해서 얼음트레이 유무를 확인 했는데 이곳은 이미 많은 얼음을 준비해뒀다.그 배려에 놀랍다. 2.수저와 젓가락,가위등이 가지런히 정리되있다,이걸 보면 디테일한 호스트의 배려를 알수있다. 3.세탁기와 건조기가 있다. 4.선명한 tv가 있으며,넷플릭스가 플레이 된다. 5.우리가 항상 원하던 엑스트라key 가 있다.(2 card key) 6.방2개,화장실2개 이다.이 가격에 화장실 2개는 놀랍다. 7.각 화장실에 샴푸,클렌져,물비누,싱크대에 세제2개드라이기,다리미,,전자렌지,커피포트,전기밥솥,등 없는게 없다.나의 집. 8.1군,2군,7군 모두 가깝다. 9.설겆이 상태가 청결하다. 10.수영장과 휘트니스센터는 기본~ 나는 이제 호치민에 오면 이곳만 예약 할것이다.

เพิ่งไปพักที่ M Village The Cosmo มาค่ะ ต้องบอกเลยว่าประทับใจมาก! ที่พักสะอาดมาก เดินทางสะดวกเพราะอยู่ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารหลายที่ แถมราคาก็ไม่แพงด้วย คุ้มค่าสุด ๆ สำหรับคนที่อยากมาเที่ยวแบบสบายกระเป๋า พนักงานที่นี่ก็น่ารักมากค่ะ บริการดี ยิ้มแย้มเป็นกันเอง ตรงข้าง ๆ โรงแรมยังมีสปาให้ด้วยนะ แล้วที่พิเศษสุดคือ สามารถใช้ส่วนลด 10% จากคูปองที่รับได้ตรงเคาน์เตอร์ของโรงแรม เอาไว้ไปใช้ที่สปาได้อีก คุ้มไปอีก! ถ้าใครกำลังหาที่พักดี ๆ แถวนี้ แนะนำที่นี่เลยค่ะ

วันแรกที่ผมเช็คอินประมาณหกโมงเช้าทางโรงแรมบอกว่าผมเช็คอินช้าเกินไปจึงไม่ให้ห้องวิวแม่น้ำมาให้ผมบอกไปแล้วว่ามีหลักฐานให้ดูด้วย จองห้องไว้เป็นห้องวิวแม่น้ำแต่ผมทะเลาะกันนานมากก่อนที่จะได้ห้องที่สองกลับมาบ้านผมรู้สึกแย่มากถ้าไม่เข้าใจคงได้พักห้องที่แย่มาก เป็นเวลาสามวัน ฉันไม่เข้าใจจริงๆ ว่าทำไมฉันไม่ให้เหอจิงห้องที่ฉันจองไว้ ประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้แย่มาก แย่มาก😵

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

The service here is impeccable. Long was my contact and he made sure I had a great stay at the hotel. He is very thoughtful and always offering to help. The other members were also very gracious. If you prefer Asian breakfast, you will find a really good spread (they also do omelettes and have a good bread section). Only small issue I had was the smell of cigarettes sometimes in my room.

The host was kind, responded quickly, and gave clear instructions. Since the apartment is in Vinhomes, there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The Central Park right in front is spacious and has a really nice atmosphere. Inside, the apartment was clean, and being on the 44th floor, there were no bugs, ants, or mosquitoes. The open view of the night cityscape was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I return to Ho Chi Minh City

Checking in and out was smooth with instructions to collect the key card from letterbox and door code number. Room was large as it was a studio, bed comfortable, air conditioned cold, water pressure strong and clean. The area is developed with full amenities and the shopping mall, Vincom Centre is just opposite. It's a self sufficient neighbourhood and a nice place to relax and holiday.

I haven't met a more hospitable front of house like the team at M Village Hai Ba Trung! I have stayed at another M Village property in June 2023 and decided to try another property during my most recent trip. This time, with the team of Thanh, Selina and Nhung, I was truly well-taken care of during my stay. Not only did they greeted guests at every instant, they would also ask if we needed our rooms made or any laundry that needed to be done (the latter was a service that came with the room reservation). Most impressively, on my final night before leaving; I had been unwell and asked the team if there would help me with a morning call. Not only did they agree to do so, they asked if I need several calls, as well as whether there would be anything they could do to help me feel better. This ”above and beyond” attitude touched me and I would definitely applaud M Village to be proud of such a team at this property. I will definitely look forward to returning to M Village in the future.
