A great stay in Hilton. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

The room is adequate but the water in the sink spatters and gets everything around you wet. The plug in the sink doesn’t close. The bed is hard and the keep messing up the fact that breakfast is included and n my booking . And they don’t have an elevator

It's a joke. The entire hotel aircons have a CH03 fault and they get the security guard to fix it and come into my room. The management has no clue on how to handle technical issues, pay a premium for a open window on noisy road. It's ridiculous in by any modern standard.

Highly recommended as a stopover or weekend breakaway location. The hotel has a lot of history - renovated and keeping its old charm. Friendly staff, lovely courtyard, beautiful rooms and excellent service.

What a nice little hotel we visited for my first Midmar Swim. Super friendly staff, great value for money, comfortable accomodation all round. Combined the weekend with some business in Martizburg and the hotel was the absolute ideal location for both. Well done.

Uncomfortable Over priced Good food Hot as hell Could not sleep because of the heat in the room. Sat 3 to 4 hours in my car to get a aircon experience. Staff was helpful But only solved my problem on day 2 of my stay at this point they have lost me as a guest

Great stay at ANEW Hotel Hilton with family. Clean, comfortable and wonderful friendly staff. Planned to stay 3 days and ended up staying 11 days. Wonderfully situated for easy access to the Midlands which has tons of places to explore. Rooms were great, had breakfast included which was very good. Buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids, we even had family members join us at times for breakfast and dinner. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were always friendly and welcoming. General Manager deserves a special mention- she cultivates a warm and welcoming environment that makes it feel like home away from home. Hotel decor and atmosphere are great too - we will be coming back again! (Robin & family - Sydney, Australia)

The Hotel is conveniently located, just off the main motorway. The Hotel is clean and well maintained..be wary that it is an old authentic building, so no lifts if you on the upper floors. Very Old ...Very Old elements to look at in the foyers.

If you want to have a wonderful Wonderful Christmas lunch and night stay I highly recommend the ANEW Hotel Hilton Pietermaritzburg. The meal was excellent and the service level was of an international level!!! It was worth the 100km trip from Durban See you next year.
