The room was bigger and cleaner than I expected and I was happy about it. As a woman, solo- traveler, the location was safe and accessible to bus/train stations also to cafes/ restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean too. If I come back, I’d love to use this again.

酒店經理有變 非常粗魯！check out，我想存行李存一小時，他不想給我正確行李數量的tag, 當我质疑，他即刻說不讓我存行李，又說要收錢。完全不符合酒店规定

Just an absolute shocker in every regard. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. In all my many years of travelling globally this hotel and their poor excuse for service from staff ranks as the worst. Their guest relations response to my complaints was beyond logical comprehension.

Stayed here ahead of our Chiltern 50 ultra marathon in Henley on Thames. Was the perfect location, shops, restaurants on your doorstep, with the event only being 25 minute drive. Rooms and hotel good spec overall, friendly staff. Hotel Parking can be a risk as it is opposite McDonalds but there were typically spaces both day and night. For price and occasion really good value for money

Great stay at Premier Inn High Wycombe. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was just as expected from a Premier Inn. A convenient location and good value for money. Would happily stay again.

Honestly one of the best hotels i've stayed at. All staff I came in contact with was just amazing. special shoutout to Nana, Sara and Maisie for their outstanding customer service. Food was outstanding, breakfast and dinner. Only £9.90 for 24 hour parking what a bargain! Rooms super super clean, next time i will definitely splurge for the Premier Plus Rooms. Thank you so much Premier Inn team.
