A very clean and conveniently located premier inn i have stayed here a few times and always found it to be a good stay

Lovely, convenient place. Enjoyed our stay and the staff were welcoming and friendly . The hotel is close to shops and the restaurant has good food and drinks .

Nice place, good location, good service at the reception and restaurant....but room cleaning is not good.

As your company knows to well, my wife and did not go, as we tried to cancel due to the wedding being off, and your company said oh how terrible but we cant give your money back, and just stole it from me and my wife, and now you want me to give you and the hotel a nice review, how I ended on your site in the first place as went through to booking .com not you! And as for Premier Inn we will never book another hotel with them again, so take this review and post it where the Sun dont shine!!

Stayed here in the past and it was ok, standards look to have slipped. Heating in the room was stuck on 28 degrees but fortunately window opened so slept with outside temperature of 1 degree. Shower tray did not drain away correctly and had to wait a little while for it to empty. Breakfast food quality poor along with coffee machine broken so still paid full price for a poor Nescafé sachet. Smaller offshoot of dining area had dirty plates and cups lying on table and main area ran out of cutlery so had to ask someone to get some. Overall ok location to stay at to get into central London but looking dated inside and outside and a bit harsh at £8 per day to park in their car park not to mention £2.70 for a bottle of water inside.

The room was lovely but we didn't sleep well. We couldn't lower the temperature and the aircon didn't seem to work. It was far too hot to sleep in. However I would stay again and know we should've raised the issue. The bathroom was perfect and overall there was everything we needed. Thought that the room temperature would cool during the night but it seemed to increase !

I’ve stayed in many hotels including premier inns without issue , but l was this time underwhelmed with the attitude of a couple of staff members. Arrived after 3.45 pm,. Parking area not great, wouldn’t feel comfortable if by myself at night and the spaces are limited. Check in ok, went to room and discovered cleaner still in it. I announced my arrival but was told without apology that they had not finished and l will have to wait. So my family and l had to go back to reception. We then received apologies from reception and was asked to wait .After 5 minutes given an option to go into another family room on top floor. This room was lovely and clean but one of the beds wasn’t made up and no sheets were available in the room. We were going out until late so l had to make sure l mentioned.it. We saw house keeping and they said they would sort it ( they did ) At breakfast time l had to pay for one breakfast but the other 2 had been purchased online before arrival.l explained to food staff member but he looked confused ? I repeated myself then l was told l would have to wait. No problem with that as it was obviously busy, another member of staff possibly supervisor or manager can over and asked what was the problem. No problem l said l would just like to pay for 1 breakfast as others pre paid , l was then told that we all have to pay ?? All this before even asking name or room number!!! I repeated what l had paid for and. Surprise surprise I was then told no booking on the list. I had to find my confirmation email ( luckily l bought my phone down with me) Again no apology and told l Still had to wait. Again no problem until another 4 people turned up for breakfast. 2 paid , 2 needed to pay. I didn’t hear them say a name or room number but they were taken straight in without query ?? while we still waited . Definitely made to feel unwelcome and for what reason? I have no idea??

Nice quality hotel, location a few minute walks to the shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and well maintained and overall the staff were friendly and on hand. I did think the £8 parking in the Premier Inn car park was steep when the Dovecot multi story was only £5.

Stayed here to meet my boyfriend’s family. had to get checked ID twice before getting let in although i had booked online. we were both 18+. The worker behind the desk said they have to check because we can’t stay if one of us is under 18. nevermind that. got into the hotel room it was basic. that didn’t matter though. the bed was so comfortable and quite big. Stayed three nights and on the last night the power went out and had to change rooms. Very inconvenient. not happy with my stay at all. Didn’t even get any kind of compensation for the issue.

Second time here, just one night. It’s great: clean, comfortable, and consistent with PI standards. It was also a bargain. My only issue, as before, was the lack of signage from the Dovecote car park. It felt really sketchy walking alone from my car to the hotel, directions are not obvious, the stairwell is horrible. It doesn’t feel safe. Signage to the hotel would help. When you leave, you take a QR code from reception and the machine (located behind the lifts) will charge you a fiver.

Great start to our stay nicely refurbished rooms very please with the sofa bed Morning staff attitude disappointing Over requesting warm drink after. Breakfast food was closed and cleared away we felt pretty quick due to small number of residents
