"First of all, the whole season brand will be given priority for business trips nationwide. Because it is standardized, it is worry-free. Few will unify the standard and frown quickly. Two points, 1. The front desk service of the lobby waiter is very decent and very enthusiastic. But after checking in, I found that the floor of the room was imprinted, because there was a baby who was learning to crawl, and crawled on the floor of the room after checking in. At this time, I felt that the floor was not cleaned up and the floor was sticky. 2. Although the breakfast package is basically unified nationwide, it can be described as unpalatable. The fried fried dough sticks and eggs are hard, and they are made indiscriminately. Secondly, the attitude of the cafeteria service staff is very poor! ! The next day, because I didn't eat in the cafeteria, I asked for the box to be packed. An aunt passed the message to another one. The other was disdainful to take the cardboard box from the cabinet and put it away. I waited stupidly next to me. Until I asked, he also lectured me on my tone, didn't he put it on you? I asked, I will stand next to you, you can say it. Why do I have to ask before I say it. I am stupid here now. Hey, later I reacted to this encounter with the front desk. The front desk feedback is that the restaurant is outsourced, not the hotel's own management! I hope the hotel can listen to feedback from a loyal resident and improve the quality and service attitude of the restaurant as soon as possible."
