I really enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet and centrally located. I attended the Farm Show in Harrisburg and wanted a hotel in Hershey so I could go to The Hershey Story Museum in the morning before I left for home. Generally I rate hotels by how good their breakfast is and boy did this hotel knock it out of the park. They offered oatmeal with toppings like dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, craisins, granola, walnuts, coconut flakes, flax seeds, blueberry compote and brown sugar. They also offered cage free hard boiled eggs, six different types of coffee, waffles, scrambled eggs, jalapeño three cheese baked soufflé and pork sausage. They had a variety of toppings including ketchup, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, salsa Verde and Korean BBQ. And let’s not forget the blueberry muffins, yogurt, cereal, milk and juices. Breakfast done right. I think I ate a full day’s worth of calories at breakfast. Definitely worth a stay.

This property is misrepresented on the website. We found everything in poor condition, dirty, and major need of renovation. The value of these rooms should be $70-$80 TOPS but we paid $325 a night for our room and feel completely ripped off. There were clumps of hair laying around the pool. We were expecting an interior hotel room but got a motel room. It was ground level, leading out to the parking lot and the door was so old it looked like it could be kicked in. We have a two year old escape artist and this was a major safety concern for us. I really did not feel safe. The room had a moldy odor, cracks and holes in the popcorn drop ceiling, full size beds instead of queens, brown smears on the wallpaper, loose electrical sockets, layers of dirt on the light switches, a TV that didn’t work properly, I could go on. It was so bad that my husband said he didn’t care about losing $650 dollars and wanted me to book a nicer hotel upon arriving, but everything was full as it was Father’s Day weekend, so we were stuck and had to make the most of it. Honestly we would have rather been camping. The price they are getting for these rooms is downright stealing. One positive was that the staff was very friendly and helpful, but we would never recommend this place unfortunately.

the hotel is the best one for Hershy. 3 issues are present. broken light fixure fell as I slept, the bedsheets had pee stains and the ights filkerkerd . I still rate this dump as a five star hotel, even though the hotel is kinda horrfic. I saw no fences as they were demoshing the old pool buiding while guests were present. my room smelled like smoke and I hated it and we only had a coffee maker and a mivrove in the room. We spent 3 nights and Megan told me she needed a better place to stay. I told her no, this is the hotel for the whole trip. When we went back to Downtown denver, I wanted to let you know that they din't give as breckfast whitch was rude. but Next time this will be a 2.5 star exprece instad of 5.0 stars . Don't come here unless you wanna watch broken light fixures fall onto the floor.

Perfect location for all things Hershey for fraction of price. Everyone at front desk and housekeeping are awesome. Friendly. They actually appear to like their job !! They would provide helpful info for visit or needs. Free breakfast good - pancake maker slows down line. Would only suggest moving it to end or own separate place for those not wanting pancakes. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Lots of activities and games in lobby for kids and adults. Would stay here again.
