The decor and gardens are charming. The property is very well maintained, the bathrooms are modern and the bed linens are very high quality. The breakfast was delicious. Across the street there is access to a walking path with incredible views of the ocean and beaches.

We had fun and Maryke is a very good host. She has a lot of tips for ur stay in Hermanus but also for our trip to mossel baai and wilderness. We had also great fun with other guests. Breakfast was great as well as the garden and the lounge inside.

The room was very clean, neat and tidy. Marijke is a great host. A bit disappointing for the price paid especially at a higer rate for peak season: shower leaks, closet door broken, paid for a 3rd person in room yet towels provided only for 2. Also note no coffee or TV facilities in the room. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Travelling with a friend we had two nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Our hostess was charming, very helpful with advice and directions. Breakfast was taken in the beautiful, immaculate garden. We only had to cross the road to be on the cliff path

We stayed as a family Hermanus is great and the location is in a quiet and safe area The place was very clean and the beds super comfy The small garden is beautiful and the kids loved the pool Marinée was very friendly and even helped us book our whale watching trip .. which is a must too

Sadly we only spent one night here but what a little gem of a place. Spacious rooms with stunning views, beautiful gardens with a pool area and breakfast was fabulous. Literally across the road was the Fernkloof Nature Reserve Cliff path with stunning views of the ocean and mountains. Overall a wonderful stay and a lovely host (Marikje).

Excellent guesthouse. Very cosy. The host is very friendly and helpfull. With great tips & tricks for the area makes your stay complete. Breakfast with fresh fruits, home made cake and delicious coffee makes the day a great start. Just book this guesthouse and experience the quality.

We stayed in the Junior suite and the pool room. It was great to have our own private space as we were two families travelling together. Excellent and clean rooms with beautiful decor, Marijke was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The location is convenient to the bay for whale watching. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely comfortable property and a warm, welcoming host. Fantastic to be able to cross the road and immediately be on the cliff path walk. I booked very late, and then extended my stay close to check out and everything was handled smoothly. Will definitely be back.
