The hotel is located conveniently only 5 mins from Ficks Pool and a short walk from the main shops. The hotel upgraded us to a balcony sea view room and we received complementary wine. The room was beautiful, very clean, with dstv and netflix services available. We also had a bathtub and a lovely balcony view. During load shedding the main lights remained on and the wifi was still active. The staff was also very kind and professional.

酒店裝修非常精緻，歐洲貴族風格。前台服務很熱情，女經理主動給我升級為二樓海景房，一進房間就在陽台上看到海邊兩衹鯨魚在噴水。不愧為觀鯨小鎮，海景+鯨魚，景色真好。

The place was super clean and the staff were very friendly. With delicious breakfast. Would really recommend it 10-10👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽. It was very quiet with a priceless view from my room. Pool was very very clean and the room was really Top Tear 👌🏽

I've had the privilege of staying at Misty several times now, and every stay is an exceptional one. The hospitality and service is second to none, the decor is stunning, and the attention to detail is top notch. I've also had several of my own clients stay at Misty, and their comments are simply "amazing, stunning, outstanding, wonderful," to say the least. The rooms are clean and detailed. The location is spot on with easy access to walks and shopping. To me, everything about this hotel is just proper. But don't just take my word for it. Give Misty a try... you can thank me later. Safe travels! As always, it's been a pleasure. Thank you for yet again for another wonderful stay.

Everything was excellent, spotlessly clean, old world feel, staff were excellent. Brilliant location, convenient parking and staff went out of their way to assist us when we left important documents behind. Special thanks to Lee-Ann. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, they give nothing but the best. And their staff is friendly and welcoming the food in thier restaurants it one of the best, I am definitely going back there, this time with my family and go back with friends of mine. Their hotel is clean

Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. We will not pick out individual’s as they were all good. The breakfast was delicious. The comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again when we visit Hermanus. Regards. David and Judy Pierson

This is by far our favourite and most comfortable hotel in Hermanus to which we return time after time. The sea-view rooms are super spacious, luxuriously furnished and exquisitely styled. The 180 degree close proximity sea views from the balconies are super relaxing at any time of the day. Being able to watch the whales directly from your balcony during the whale season is a valuable added bonus. The general ambience of the hotel is superbly enhanced by very interesting and high quality furnishing and decorations all round. The staff displays a commitment to making guests’ feel welcome and stay comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness, lovely gardens, a quaint restaurant and a lovely pool area. This hotel is most recommendable!

The entire experience was out of this world. The service was outstanding and the food mouth watering. Their pool is soo inviting and sparkling, and the ambiance around that entire area is to die for! It felt everything like a royal visit! Definitely going back
