Nice welcome from the staff. unexpected upgrade room view make our stay more memorable

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

The staff is very friendly. Lady Effie is very kind and helpful with check in and check out . Restaurant at 5th floor has excellent view of the harbor. Cannot miss that! Breakfast is very quite special.

Hotel is old but service is excellent. It is very convenient to go to historical site, about 20minutes car ride. Recommended!

工作人員非常熱情，包括幫我們訂出海的船都很滿意。地段也不錯，離碼頭和市中心都很近，頂樓的吧更是非常舒適。

酒店是一座歷史建築，位置就在碼頭和大巴站旁邊，房間寬敞，陽光照進來特別美！床頭的墊布真是用心，跟床品一起一客一換！晚上還有夜床服務，標準的五星級。 前台的工作人員非常耐心周到，講話就像話劇演員一樣，又清晰又緩慢，感情噴薄而出，非常可愛！

每次來克里特島都入住的酒店，出行方便。臨近海邊，客房簡約舒適，員工服務態度好。早餐豐富，地方特色明顯。天清氣朗時，這藍天白雲大海也是無敵了。

酒店建築有歷史厚重感。酒店位置臨近海邊，連着碼頭遺址，周邊就是老城區，交通便捷。早餐豐富美味，房間寬敞精美，值得推薦

非常棒的酒店，在港口對面，可步行上下船，臨近老城區，博物館，庫勒斯要塞，可步行遊玩伊拉克利翁城區景點，乾淨衞生，有免費停車場，方便自駕。

最值得住的伊拉克利翁酒店，位置超讚，連着碼頭遺址。前台非常有五星酒店的氣質，服務到位，彬彬有禮，房間超讚，都有點捨不得離開房間，下次來克里特島一定還會住這裏。特別説一句酒店早餐很棒很棒，每一個服務員都很nice！

父母滿意很方便

在歐洲這是一間名副其實，性價比極高的酒店。不僅有歷史的厚重感，而且房間面積大，物品配置齊、品質好，服務熱情周到，早餐豐富、食材質量高。

非常棒，特別是海景房，適合家庭出遊

城市不大，基本都是步行可達！
