Great hotel. Very nice vibe. Room was very small, but ok. No fridge or safe. Very good breakfast, with local specialties.Hotel a little far from central area, and most things in the surrounding area were closed, due to midsummer.

It was really clean and wonderful. Breakfast also good. I can leave luggage check-in before and check-out after. It was really helpful for me :) Kiitos!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel AX! The hotel’s unique art-inspired design and spacious, well-equipped rooms made our stay truly memorable. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with great vegetarian and vegan options as well. The staff, especially at the reception, were warm and welcoming throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Helsinki — modern, artistic and full of character!

The hotel was generally good and was very close to the tram station. City center was around 10 minutes with the tram. Breakfast was also good. Hotel was generally clean. We faced the problem that the basin drain (in the bathroom) was blocked and water was draining very slow, which made a quite bad impressions. I communicated to the reception about the problem, but they told me that the maintenance company will come on Monday and will perform the repairs. Other then that, the hotel was good. Rooms were clean but quite small

Only disadvantage is that there was no window to be opened

Love the art infused ambiance in the design of hotel and the guest rooms are modern and really comfortable. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I like to stay here everytime I visit the city.

Small rooms comapre to similar hotel rooms . No table or chair for quick work . Never refilled the bath and shower gel for the whole week I stayed . Also the breakfast items very limited .

Leuk mooi hotel direct naast hele grote ruime parkeergarage. Personeel was ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam om 2 persoonlijke problemen op te lossen. Hotel heeft moderne inrichting met veel kunst en verschillende hoekjes, wat het huiselijk houdt. Het ontbijt was super!

スタッフは優しいし、ロケーションも良かった！ 部屋も可愛かったです。 ただ一度部屋のクリーニングとタオルの交換を頼みましたが、どちらも忘れられていました！それが少し残念でした！

Ładny hotel pełen sztuki, położony blisko portu. Pokoje wygodne, obsługa pomocna.

Tunnelmallinen hotelli, kaunista taidetta seinillä, sattui juuri oman maun mukainen taidehuone. Maittava aamupala. Voisin majoittua mielelläni toistekin. Hintalaatusuhde kohtasi hyvin.
