I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.”
This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole.
I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.

Limited English Speaking Staff, very good for local Chinese travelers
Hotel is clean and staff are helpful. It come with breakfast with many choices too (I enjoy my yogurt drink everyday). Will definitely come back to this hotel again when I visit Hefei.
Overall the experience is good but I think the carpet is too old in the room it needs replacement m

The service and the staff at the counter is great, esp Qianqian and Guigui. We had an amazing breakfast. Ps when we check out, the counter staff gave me a free parking coupon. All told, Hampton by Hilton is a great choice.
Nice view from corner deluxe suite room. Seconds away from a Starbucks. Nice parks in walking distance and it's an easy taxi ride to 2 or 3 museums. Breakfast is good (Western food and Chinese), but the restaurant was only open for breakfast so had to go off-site for other meals (maybe this was just during Spring Festival).
