มาถึงโรงแรมนี้ประมาณตี 3 (ขับรถ 16 ชั่วโมงจากนิวเจอร์ซี่) เดินทางไปจอร์เจียเพื่อซ่อมรถเข็นใน Tifton GA ห่างจากโรงแรม 30 นาที มาถึงตอนตี 3 ไม่มีที่จอดรถแน่นอน เลยโทรไปถามที่ front desk ว่าควรจอดที่ไหน พนักงานก็อัธยาศัยดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี มาถึงตอนตี 3 ไม่มีที่จอดรถแน่นอน เลยโทรไปถามที่ฟร้อนท์ ถามว่าควรจอดที่ไหน ผู้ชายที่อยู่บนสายบอกผมว่า ”ไม่รู้มีที่จอดรถมั้ย แค่จอดที่ไหนก็พอดีได้” ผมก็เลยชอบโอเค คุณเลยบอกผมว่า จอดด้านบนที่ข้างตึก มันโอเคไหม และเขาก็ตะโกนใส่ ”ฮ่าๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ แค่อยากจอดรถ, check in, แล้วไปนอน เราจอดด้านข้างตึกเหมือนที่เขาบอกเราไป. เดินเข้าไปแล้วมีป้ายบอกหมดทุกอย่าง, mask แต่เขาไม่มี mask on & ช่วงที่ไปพักไม่มีคนใน lobby ใส่ mask, ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับหน้าฟร้อนท์ มีหน้ากาก หรือ female room service1 เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นประมาณ 6 โมงเช้า (วิ่งบนที่นอน 3 ชั่วโมง) ได้ยินเสียงดังไม่หยุดดังจากเหนือเรา เราพักชั้น1 แค่คิดว่าเป็นเด็กวิ่ง.. เด็กๆ จะเป็นเด็ก ฉันไม่ใช่คนที่จะบ่นเรื่องเด็ก แล้วได้ยินเสียงร่นบนหน้าต่างของเรา ปรากฎว่ามีช่างทําหลังคามาแทนหลังคา & เศษหลังคาทุบหน้าต่างตลอดเวลาขณะล้ม ทีนี้ หมดจากเสียงดัง เราเริ่มเตรียมตัวต่อ&ต่อรถตอน 11 โมงเช้า.. นัดหมายของเราคือ 12 โมงเย็น & ห่างออกไป 30 นาที. เราก็ออกมาข้างนอกมีเศษหลังคาและไนล์เต็มไปหมดทั้งคัน!!!!! ้มีรูปและวีดีโอทุกอย่าง มีเล็บหลังคายาวประมาณ 3 นิ้วทั่วรถเราทั้งใต้และทั่วพื้น เราเริ่มทําความสะอาดเองเพราะมีที่ไหนสักแห่ง คนทําหลังคาดูเราทําความสะอาด ่ได้ ไม่มีใครพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ แล้วเขาก็ออกมามีเครื่องเป่าลมและเป่าหลังคา &เล็บให้ทั่วๆ ในที่สุดเราก็ทําเส้นทางที่ชัดเจน ไม่มีเล็บ1 เราเดินออกไป และแม้กระทั่ง 2 นาที ลงรอบ เรารู้สึกสั่นสะเทือนนี้ และมันเป็นยางหลังของเรา 2 ใบ ไปแบน2 ยางรถเข็น เราจึงได้รับการซ่อมแซมมากกว่า 200 เหรียญ เราไปถึงนัดหมายกันดึก ต่อมาวันนั้นกลับเข้าโรงแรมประมาณ 6 โมงเย็น เค้ายังทํางานบนหลังคาพร้อมวัสดุอยู่ทั่วลานจอดรถ เดินเข้าไปคุยกับผู้จัดการเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์ของเรา พนักงาน ดูแลดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี คอยช่วยเหลือเรา เดินเข้าไปคุยกับผู้จัดการเรื่องประสบการณ์ของเรา ผู้หญิงที่ฟร้อนท์ไม่มีหน้ากากใส่บอกเดี๋ยว เดี๋ยว เดี๋ยวไปรับผู้จัดการที่ออฟฟิศ รออยู่ 10 นาที แล้วเธอก็ออกมาบอกฉันว่าเธอไม่มีที่ว่าง1 ฉันบอกกับเธอเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์ของฉันและเธอบอกว่า”ไม่มีอะไรที่เราทําได้ถ้าต้องการคุณสามารถโต้แย้งค่าใช้จ่ายบนบัตรเครดิตของคุณได้ ฉันตกใจ2 ด้านบนของทั้งหมดนี้ วันสุดท้ายของเราที่นั่นฉันขึ้นไปที่โต๊ะโยเพื่อเช็คเอ้าท์ มันเป็นเวลา2:03 pm1 เธอกล่าวหาว่าเรากําลังถูกเก็บเงินอีกคืน เพราะมันผ่านไป 2 pm2 3 นาทีผ่านไป !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! เราได้คิดค่าปรับอีก135 ดอลลาร์ ที่ไม่คาดคิด อย่างถาวร ไม่ขออนุญาติให้ใครมาติดต่อกับสถานที่แห่งนี้ พนักงานทุกท่านที่เราได้รับความเดือดร้อนจากผู้ต้องสงสัย และผมได้ทําการรีวิวกับชื่อของพวกเขาในจดหมายฉบับนี้ โปรดอย่าเสียเวลาใดๆ
