Very disappointed room full of dust stain on the sheet dust on skirting boards window frame toilet holder tissue box stains over the carpet dust over the tv

We reserved a harbour view room - this view also happened to include a not so nice view of an untidy utility/loading bay area! Room was old and needed binoculars to see the TV it was so small. After a visit to the pool, we came back to the room to no hot water and were told this was because all the other guests were using it! After waiting about an hour and several calls to the reception from our own phones as there was no phone in our room, finally went in person to sort it out and we were moved to another much nicer room where the hot water was working. This room was at the back of the hotel with no view. We had dinner in the Waterside restaurant, had to send the lamb steak back to the kitchen as it was undercooked. Overall it was an average hotel, not sure we'd stay here again especially on a special occasion. Photo is of the second room's view.

Generally good, cleanliness relates to the spa area which really could have been improved. Furry friend living in the dockyard! Staff wonderful

The location was beautiful bed lovely but unable to have dinner in the restaurant as it was too busy, we could have eaten in the bar or in our room bur was advised that this would be a long wait and limited menu as there was also a wedding being catered for. We came down to the bar that was full of the wedding party guests and had no tables or much room to stand, so we decided to venture out. When we arrive back the carpark was full the wedding was in full swing music blaring and a lot of guests hanging around bar and outside. The spa is non existent for a few months alleast according to staff and the towels in room were like hand towels and BEWARE OF THE RADIATOR IN THE BATHROOM ITS DANGEROUSLY HOT!!! Lastly the noise the other guests coming and going from the rooms and banging doors along with the fans made for a very uncomfortable night.

Excellent value for the price, very welcoming service, great SPA facilities .We enjoyed our stay it was wonderful:)

Love this hotel , its clean the staff are friendly , the room had all u needed and room service is good too , the value for money 💰 was brilliant , drinks a bit pricey but everything Is in tje current climate , would definitely come bk 😀

Always stay when travelling it is always a joy and leave refreshed the staff are excellent and always respectful. We have booked again later this month. Very happy. Jacob.

Superb🤩. They gave us a clean and big room ground floor, walking bathroom which i requested earlier. The staff ate very accommodating, i am recommending Guys this Hotel to stay if you happen to come and visit Hayling Island… and to Trip.com Thank u too dor giving me a bug discount ❤️.

An old styled hotel, not so much a resort. Awesome location at the beach. For a resort should have more activities. A little over priced.

Its nice location but the hotel it self much more expensive that the service they have, a primers in can be much better choice!

Check in was quick and simple, room was freezing but there was a Dyson heater which worked well ti heat the room. No hot water called reception who finally sent somebody up to investigate, said he had reset the boiler but didn't think we would get any hot water and it was a busy time in the hotel. Speaking g to other guests in the bar, everybody had the same issue and ut was the same the previous day. Nothing offered on check out just sorry its been an issue Bathrooms needed an upgrade

One of our favourite UK destinations on the South Coast. Well located for bus services linking to the Island , Portsmouth and Chichester. Local pubs within 15 minute walk. Disappointed with choice on Al a Carte dinner menu. Key items not available. Rooms comfortable, recent refurbished. Bonus use of health club facilities.
