Mr. Irfan was assisted me over the phone and on check in. Anything you need just give a call to reception. You can bring your food to make a BBQ also they have food truck that you can order and also outside restaurant for delivery. Not enough for 1 day. Lovely place."

"Guest House was empty. They upgraded us to a balcony room. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They had placed water bottles and two soft drinks in the fridge . There were 4 tea bags and sugar sachets, but no coffee sachets or milk sachets. Bathroom was clean and they had two clean towels, but there were no face towels provided. Balcony was comfortable. Disliked · Rock Wadi Cafe is a "Karama style" cafetaria. Totally disappointed with the ambience and food on offer. There was no Buffet Breakfast laid out for us even though it was included in our Room charges. We had to choose one dish from the Menu (omlette) , tea or coffee and a side (Eg Cheese Manakesh type). The Breakfast was a disaster. At night, I had mutton chops whc were unsatisfactory. First night they suggested chicken kabsa, whc was only rice and 2 pcs of fried chicken. My wife settled for burger and chips, to be on safe side, whc was satisfactory.They should immediately stop offering plastic cutlery. It was atrocious. I asked them to change it immediately. The other Restaurant Sand Broasted chicken was shut. Restaurant amenities shud be upgraded immediately. The fees charged by Guest House for 2 days was Dhs 1122. This is not small money. In Dubai we can stay for 2 nights in better hotels with better amenities for Dhs 1200/- ."
