โรงแรมที่ดีมาก พนักงานดีมากและให้เราอัปเกรดเป็นชั้นที่สูงขึ้น อาหารเช้าเป็นสิ่งที่ดี รักมัน!

โรงแรมสวยมากพร้อมวิวแม่น้ำที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ ทางเลือกที่หลากหลายมากสำหรับอาหารเช้าทั้งแบบจีนและแบบตะวันตก สิ่งเดียวที่ควรปรับปรุงคือบริการรูมเซอร์วิสเนื่องจากอาหารไม่ค่อยดีนักและส่งมาในกล่องพลาสติก แต่ก็เป็นวันแรกของปีด้วย ดังนั้นอาจเป็นไปได้ว่านี่คือเหตุผล

Good hotel with comfortable location

First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall. Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride

No Public bar in the hotel only have drinks in your room. Room service 1.5hours for an order of 2beers. Inconsistent Room cleaning. No top up for Toilet paper. No laundry bags. No mini bar refresh. And the executive lounge only open intermittently through the day from 12pm to 7.30 pm. Breakfast chaotic dirty floors and some tables. hot food cold. Sausages eggs. Long que to enter the breakfast not enough staff or tables. Need transport nothing round the hotel with walking distance.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were kind. The location is great! A 30 minute walk and short subway ride to the Ice and Snow Festival.

Reception and cleanin staff are very helpful kind and understanding!

Love this hotel. Great views of the river from our room. Breakfast was good too, many western options as well as chinese. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everyone spoke fluent English, from the guy at door helping with bags, housekeepers, the fitness and swimming desk staff and especially the ladies at reception Zoe and April. One of the best hotels I've stayed at with regards to customer service.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Clean hotel with a nice view looking over the River. Looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.

出乎意料的棒，作為一個大幾百元級別的酒店，是比較經濟實惠的一個價格，其實我本來是沒什麼期待的。可是住了一天，居然出奇的好，水温穩定、水壓高、服務周到、風景好、房間乾淨、設施新。怎麼概括呢，就在大幾百元這個級別的酒店裡，簡直是挑不出一點毛病來。 要非雞蛋裡挑骨頭，那就是江北真的交通便利性稍微差一點，但這不重要，它的所有優點疊加以後，這個缺點幾乎可以忽略。

首先值得肯定的是服務很好，當天值班經理歐陽（Scott）在我們入住發現酒店房間衞生問題的時候第一時間來解決問題了，第二天的值班經理崔小姐也幫我及時跟我第二天要入住的麗茲卡爾頓聯繫和幫忙我們early check in！ 在他們服務這麼好的情況下，我本來不想來評論酒店不滿意的情況，不過我相信每一條真實評論都是幫助改進的有效來源！哈爾濱JW Marriott的衞生情況可以説是非常非常糟糕☹️，進房間的第一眼就看到燒水壺都是歪着放置的，我想這衹需要保潔人員一秒鐘時間！另外就是牀頭櫃、穿衣鏡，行李箱置物架、枱燈等多處污漬，有幾處是可以輕易擦掉的！ 落地燈可以看一下照片，難道是我太picky了嗎？還是JW Marriott連這個置換的預算都沒有？總之這次的入住體驗是很差的！酒店走廊的地毯大家可以看一下，至於亞洲，十幾年前我們去過泰國kola lak的JW Marriott，今年的上個月4月我們回國後住的是深圳前海的JW Marriott都是很不錯非常滿意的酒店，我不知道這家JW Marriott是不是算踩雷了呢？

哈爾濱萬豪酒店，給我和耄耋之年的父母留下了深刻印象，從禮賓部小李、小楊，到餐飲部小趙（女士），到客服部都我們提供了熱心、貼心、可心的專業服務，入住4天，房間乾淨整潔，餐食豐富，設施齊全，服務專業，讓我和父母出乎意料！
