โรงแรมใกล้ โบสถ์เซนต์โจเซฟในฮานอย

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Hotel staff is really good . Their service level is amazing. My special gratitude goes to Sally and Tienanh . They always put smile on faces and very quick on responds whenever we want ..absolutely a marvelous place to stay . Thank you .

โรงแรมที่ค่อนข้างเล็ก สภาพแวดล้อมค่อนข้างดี แต่แน่นอนว่าเทียบไม่ได้กับที่จีน เพราะในเวียดนาม ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ใกล้ทะเลสาบมาก คนที่โรงแรมน่ารักมากเพราะห้องมีกลิ่นนิดหน่อยตอนเข้าไปครั้งแรกเขาเลยอัพเกรดห้องเป็นห้องฟรีและให้ของที่ระลึกตอนออกไป

โรงแรมห้าดาว บริการและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดีมาก แต่ไม่มีความคิดริเริ่มที่จะจัดหารองเท้าแตะ แปรงสีฟัน และมีดโกน คุณต้องพูดล่วงหน้า ฉันให้น้ําแอปเปิ้ลหนึ่งแก้วเมื่อเช็คอินซึ่งอร่อยมาก ฉันจะมาอยู่เวียดนามในภายหลัง

This hotel has exceeded my expectations and was designed nicely with a 5* luxury feel service/hospitality . The hotel itself is quite new as the associate had mentioned that it’s been open for about 6 months. The bedding and room was very comfortable and decorated. I will rate this a 10/10. Great service and clean. I was welcomed with a drink voucher and the bar tender made a drink that was not on the menu and even though the rooftop bar was closing, he took the time to make a special drink that is not too sugary for me as requested. The morning breakfast at the restaurant was also great! Although I did not get to stay a longer duration as I was just flying into Hanoi to make a stop to Hai Phong. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for my future visit.

ฉันตื่นเต้นมากที่ได้ก้าวเข้าสู่คาเปลลาที่รอคอยมานาน แต่เมื่อฉันเช็คอิน ฉันไม่ได้นั่งบนโซฟาและเพลิดเพลินกับเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับเหมือนคนอื่นๆ เราสามคนนั่งบนโซฟา ไม่ต้องพูดถึงเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับเลย ไม่มีน้ำจึงพาเราไปที่ห้อง พวกเขาไม่ได้พูดอะไรนอกจากแนะนำมินิบาร์ เราต้องถามตัวเองเกี่ยวกับน้ำชายามบ่ายก่อนจะบอกว่าเราจะลงไปดื่มได้ฟรีหรือไม่ บริการและกิจกรรมที่โรงแรมจัดให้ ไม่พูดมาก น่าผิดหวังจริงๆ! แต่พอโทรไปถามแผนกต้อนรับตอนเย็นเพื่อถามเรื่องดอกไม้ไฟปีใหม่ที่ทะเลสาบฮว่านเกี๋ยม แผนกต้อนรับก็กระตือรือร้นมาก บอกว่าเราสามารถขึ้นไปชั้น 7 เพื่อชมดอกไม้ไฟและจัดปาร์ตี้ในนั้นได้ ตอนเย็นและยังแนะนำให้เรารู้จักกับบริการและกิจกรรมฟรีของโรงแรมอีกด้วย อาหารเช้าดีมากจริงๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นมื้ออาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และพนักงานบริการภายในเรารู้สึกว่านี่คือมาตรฐานที่ Capella ควรมีแถมยังทำให้เรารู้สึกอบอุ่นอีกด้วย โดยเฉพาะพนักงานโรงแรม Western สองคน (ฝรั่งเศส 1 คน) อีกคน คือเดนนิส)

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. Our stay at Vinhomes was very pleasant and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and update regarding the check in process. Most amenities were provided aside from toothbrushes/toothpaste, which was great for us as we had quite a bit of laundry to be washed. Location was just 3 mins walk to Vincom shopping mall where all necessities and shopping can be done! Really enjoyed our stay at Vinhomes, will be back next time :)
