ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและสะอาด บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและมีความเป็นมืออาชีพ ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวก และราคาสมเหตุสมผล ทำให้การเข้าพักครั้งนี้เป็นที่น่าพอใจ

โรงแรมนี้แย่มาก เรามาถึงตอนเที่ยงคืน เราจองห้องดีลuxe วิวเมืองไว้ใน trip.com แต่สุดท้ายได้ห้องที่มี "หน้าต่าง" ทะลุผนัง ห่างจากลิฟต์แค่ 5 เซนติเมตร มีราขึ้นเต็มไปหมด การยกเลิกในแอปก็ทำไม่ได้ พนักงานต้อนรับก็ไม่ช่วยเหลืออะไรเลย โรงแรมแย่มาก หลังจากส่งคำขอยกเลิกไปแล้ว ทั้ง trip.com และโรงแรมก็ไม่ยอมรับการยกเลิก เราเลยต้องนอนค้างคืน หลังจากนอนบนที่นอนหินซึ่งนอนไม่ได้เลย เรายังเจอแมลงสาบในห้องอีกด้วย เสียงท่อน้ำ (ชักโครก ฝักบัว) จากห้องอื่นดังมาก เหมือนอยู่ในห้องเราเลย อย่ามาพักที่นี่เด็ดขาด

ห้องพักเล็กที่สุดเท่าที่ฉันเคยพักมาเลย 😆 เล็กมากจริงๆ แต่ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อยู่ใจกลางย่านเมืองเก่าของฮานอยเลย แต่ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ กระเบื้องห้องน้ำมีราดำขึ้นตามร่องยาแนว และผ้าห่มก็หยาบและมีฝุ่นเกาะ พูดตามตรง ฉันได้กลิ่นเหมือนน้ำลายเก่าๆ ด้วยซ้ำ

พนักงานทุกคนใจดีและยิ้มแย้ม ทำให้การเข้าพักของฉันสะดวกสบายมาก นอกจากนี้ยังดีมากที่ฉันสามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ ที่ฉันต้องการไปได้ นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันมาฮานอย แต่ฉันอยากจะแวะมาอีกครั้งหากมีโอกาสมาอีก

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวกสบาย ใกล้ร้านค้า ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ สามารถเดินไปได้ทั้งหมด ห้องพักสะอาดและสะดวกสบายทำให้การเข้าพักเป็นไปอย่างดี และพนักงานที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีก็ช่วยเพิ่มประสบการณ์โดยรวมให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the breakfast is helpful if you don't want to go out and choose by yourself, but the location is very good to try different restaurants every meal.

Amazing location and the price quality is super good. I did have a leakage on the 4th day but they gave me a different room right away.

We booked our stay with you specifically because your listing – both on your own platform and on Trip.com – clearly advertised a room with air conditioning, which we understood to include proper climate control suitable for winter conditions. Upon arrival in mid-January, during one of the coldest periods in Hanoi, we were shocked to discover that the room had no functioning heating whatsoever. When we immediately reported the issue, a staff member inspected it and apologized, promising that the problem would be fixed by morning. Trusting their word, we endured a freezing night wrapped in inadequate bedding, shivering through temperatures that made sleep nearly impossible and left us exhausted and unwell. The next morning, we were informed – quite casually – that none of the rooms in the hotel have heaters, and that this is supposedly the case for hotels across Hanoi. They offered only extra blankets as a solution, with no attempt to provide even a portable heater or relocate us to a warmer room. The claim that “no hotel in Hanoi has heating” felt dismissive and unbelievable, especially as many travelers know that mid-range and higher-end accommodations often provide heating options during winter. Compounding our disappointment was the consistently rude and unfriendly attitude of the staff. Communication was extremely limited due to minimal English proficiency, and there was no empathy or genuine effort to make our stay bearable despite our clear discomfort and valid concerns. We chose your property in good faith, expecting at minimum the basic comfort and warmth promised (or reasonably implied) in the booking description. Instead, we were left feeling misled, disrespected, and physically uncomfortable during what should have been a pleasant visit to your beautiful city. This experience has left us truly saddened and reluctant to recommend your hotel to anyone – especially families, elderly travelers, or those visiting in the cooler months. We sincerely hope you will review your listing descriptions for accuracy and consider improving heating provisions (or at least transparent disclosure) to prevent other

The room was excellent, but the service could be slightly improved. Upon arrival, the duvet wasn't inside its cover. When I informed the maid, she mentioned she was too busy to do it, so I resolved the issue by having her come in and teach me how to do it instead. It turned out to be a new learning experience for me. Overall, the manager handled everything else quite well.

Basic accommodation and good value for money stopover. The staff were very friendly and the receptionists spoke good English . WiFi worked great . Clean bedding , towels , bed and bathroom, coffee and tea in room . . Breakfast was basic but a selection of rice , or noodles , and stir fry meat/veg .. toast , jam , butter . They asked if I wanted eggs and I think Pho broth was available . Coffee was good and they offered different juices . In the heart of the Old Quarter, so very busy out front , but very quiet in my room at the back . Numerous shops ,eateries , tour agencies . . a Winmart opposite . Very close to HK Lake where you can join the Hop on /Hop off tour bus . and about thirty mins walk to other attractions eg Train Street , WaterPuppet show . I'd recommend for a few nights stopover
