เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากตั้งอยู่ติดกับทะเลสาบฮหว่านเกี๊ยม นอกจากนี้ยังมีคำอธิบายเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นว่าแขกชาวญี่ปุ่นมักจะมา และผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับสามารถพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ ดังนั้นมันจึงเป็นโรงแรมที่ปลอดภัย เรื่องนี้ไม่ได้จำกัดเฉพาะโรงแรมนี้ แต่โปรดระวังเพราะฝักบัวและน้ำไหลอ่อน การบริการดีและอาหารเช้าก็อร่อย! โบสถ์ตั้งอยู่ติดกับโรงแรม ทำให้เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับการเที่ยวชม

Excellent hotel in an excellent location with the nicest staff. The room was immaculate and the bedding so comfortable. I never had the chance to try the breakfast but it sounds amazing! I regret to not have found this hotel during my first few days in Hanoi, it would have made my experience so much better!

This is a very nice hotel in the middle of a bustling area in downtown Hanoi. The puppet theatre is very close and highly recommended. The buffet selection is not that great but it’s fine. The room was clean and very comfortable. The good thing about this hotel is the location which is very close to all the tourist attractions as well as state, night market and a bad street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 

The service is good and the staff in the hotel are polite and friendly. The breakfast is good and fresh. Will try to book again if going to hanoi again.

Location was good, within minutes walking to the lake. staff are very friendly & nice. Room are spacious. Walking from the alley left from the hotel is the old quarter & lots of massage palour. Next to hotel, there is a cafe, opposite to the hotel there is pizza restaurant seems quite popular. Walking toward to the right, there are cafe selling local food & its good & yummy. Within walking distance to most of the attraction. Will stay again if I visit Hanoi again.
