Stayed for business. Check in was good- the woman introduced herself and she was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a good size. Shower is strong and hot and clean. Amenities are good- shower cap, hairdryer, towels, handwash, soap, iron etc. There was only conditioning shampoo, which i initially poo-pooed, but decided to try and it actually worked- so that was good. Only draw backs are the seat is not set for business- normal table chair, the bed was hard and springy (but horses for courses) and the neighbours slammed their car and room doors which was annoying (but not the motels fault). Kitchen facilities excellent. Very clean. Parking is good. Location is excellent.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hamilton Lonsdale Motel. We opted to come back to this motel when we are in Hamilton because the staff are very friendly, the motel rooms are clean and modern, the beds are comfy and we can walk in and out of town.

Very central, convenient motel with comfortable beds, good water pressure, fridge, microwave etc. At night I enjoyed watching the tennis on the big flat-screened TV from the comfortable leather couch opposite.

Without doubt one of the best places we have stayed. We had to make quite a few changes due to not knowing when a family funeral would be. Nothing was a problem. The rooms were so modern and comfortable. We were there for five nights and every one of those nights were incredibly quiet. When visiting family in Hamilton in the future, Hamilton Lonsdale Motel will always be our first choice. Thank you so much for being great hosts. Warm Regards Jacquie.
