Stopped here for a few weeks,yes a few weeks on business. Dave and Rose are the owners and will do anything to help you out,very friendly and hard working owners,they have all the knowledge of the surrounding areas and beyond. The hotel itself was great, comfortable beds,nice and quiet,honesty bar and dining area with cutlery and plates if you fancy a takeaway.Tea and coffee making facilities in the room too and plenty of storage areas The area has everything you need too,retail parks very close,pubs, restaurants,horse racing,rail station,parks etc. Personally I would like to say thank you for Dave and Rose for making my extended stay away from home a little easier. If I am in the area again this will be my first port of call even if just to say hello.

Wonderful little hotel with super friendly staff/owners. We stayed here as a group of 4 young people for trnsmt festival and had a great stay. The transport was super easy as it’s right next to train station direct into city centre (Hamilton West). There’s also a retail park less than 5 min walk away which is handy (supermarkets McDonald’s etc). The hotel itsself is lovely and clean with an honesty bar, beer garden, car park and rooms with all usual amenities. Only downside to the rooms is the double beds are small so if you were larger or quite tall you may struggle with this with 2 people sharing. Overall highlight is David and rose the owners who went above and beyond to be extra helpful and friendly. 100% recommend and would stay again!

A perfect family run hotel in a fantastic location. Within walking distance from transport links and great restaurants. The owners go out of the way to make your stay as fabulous as possible. Bright clean well proportioned rooms, and the hotel offers you all you need whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure. I cannot recommend highly enough.

This place is amazing the owners can not do enough to make you feel welcome. The room and social areas are extremely clean. This place should be fully booked all the time. I need to use 200 characters so just filling the space now.

A fantastic host who couldn't do enough for you. Fantastic environment to stay in. The honesty bar was brilliant and a refreshing change in our current environment. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are in the area. Dave and Rose were so helpfull

As soon as we arrived at the hotel we had excellent service! Lovely room, amazing facilities, great location can get to the train station within minutes. Owners are so lovely and welcoming! Amazinggg!

Rose and Davie were wonderful hosts and very helpful with any requests. There was always a cheerful good morning and they were very knowledgeable about the local area. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again as they really do understand service and making you feel at home.
